They are taking steps to improve this property! I’ve stayed here many times. This time there was a new bed, new bedding, new curtains, new and larger fridge, and new bath towels. In addition, they have been excellent communicators on Booking.com and the person I dealt with both checking in and out was friendly and helpful (as usual). I asked for them to accommodate me on a couple items, in particular a very late early morning check in time, and they were very accommodating (I’ve needed this during every stay, and they have been consistently accommodating every time).

Very little not to like. A solid 8 or 9 experience, with the improvements from my last stay.

The people in the office were very friendly and accommodating. it is obvious they put some effort into ensuring the bedding and towels are sanitary and bug-free. It’s my seventh-or so time staying here and I have never brought home bug problems.

This isn’t a 5 star hotel—not for fancy folks. Some of the towels are stained (but very much clean!), there is a noisy street outside. But plenty comfortable and clean.

The daily maid service. Extremely good and that sets your business apart from other motels.

I had continued problems with the wifi. It seemded to be incompatible with my virus protection software. I have not had this problem elsewhere.

I liked everything because it’s got the necessities, the basics that a person needs when one’s away from home. Another words it’s a home away from home.

Nothing negative to say about the property.

The room was exactly what it was suppose to be , the staff was great and the location is amazing for travelers. We did the check in fast and had no problems what’s so ever check out was just as fast.

Everything is what it’s suppose to be the rooms are dated but they are a place to sleep and rest

It was close to the wedding we were going. Also it has the main necessities. Clean and organize.

The pool wasn’t clean but it is not their fault because there was so much wind those days.

I knew that this was not a modern motel, so I set my expectations lower. This is a nice old style motel. The room was comfortable and roomy. The refrigerator had no freezer section so freezing chill packs was not possible. Other that that the room was as expected.

Since the motel is located adjacent to railroad tracks and a busy street some noise is inevitable. If the refrigerator had a freezer section it would have been an OK stay. Nothing really bad to say and nothing awesome to report.

I liked that everything was in the room. Very convenient.

Maybe some new towels. The towels are very thin.

I was very pleased with staff, coffee, and location. I loved bed sheets were clean.

The pool was closed.

Didn't offer breakfast due to COVID-19 but establishment was close to dining facilities, overall very enjoyable stay and staff was very decent and kind .
