Clean, amazing view from the restaurant, parking, good breakfast, nice room, super friendly and smiley security guys and restaurant staff.

The most unpleasant receptionists. No hello, no welcome, nothing. When our key-card stopped working on the next day, we had to go to the reception to ask what the problem was, but they even didn't say anything. Took the card, fixed it, and dropped it back on a counter. I don't need a lot of interaction, but seeing that rudeness in Turkey without elementary "Merhaba! Hos geldiniz!" is disappointing. Security and restaurant personnel saved this place from 1-star review.

Very friendly staff, I arrived late so they took care of check-in very quickly and showed me my room. The room was nicely decorated and very clean, with an open view towards the city. The restaurant and breakfast room has amazing views over the city.

Wifi could have been better. Sound insulation is not amazing, but nothing that bothered me, and the hotel is in a quiet area.

Was a problem with payment. I paid by bank card while check-in. But when we check-out there was misunderstanding and worker of the hotel requested payment by Booking service. So I paid twice. But they returned the money when I said about it.

All information about the property is correct, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was exactly as show on the website and their service was meeting my needs and more.

The location was excellent as I had meetings nearby. The breakfast could be more diverse, although everything served was tasty. Staff is very helpful and responsive. I had reserved a room with a balcony, but I was accommodated in a room without balcony. After intervening, I have gotten into room with a balcony. The room was clean, nice and comfortable.

It is not that I did not like the breakfast, I was maybe expecting a different one such as buffet where you can choose what would you like to eat.

every time 2nd floor use toilet we hear the flashing cistern. lighting could be better.

Excellent location in ankara, close to the city centre and close to connections to tourist areas too. Was my first time to Turkey, we were on business for the first 10days out of 14 and last few days was us being tourists. Although Ankara is VERY hilly in areas, hiring a car (if you are brave) was the best way to get out and about into the mountains and seeing family a good 2hrs away. Ankara is an amazing city and this hotel really allowed us to settle, rest and relax on top with massage facilities which we both took advantage of. The hotel staff were all very friendly,although english was limited my partner is turkish so had no issues in communicating.

The bathroom needed alittle tlc around the edges of the shower, but overall an amazing hotel with fantastic staff as well as great friendly staff.

Everything was absolutely perfect - staff was nice and accommodating, the hotel rooms were clean and breakfast was sufficient. Location of the hostel is perfect for enjoying the greener GOP area and with lovely restaurants around.

Good but its boring to eat the same meal every day

I think the elevator part need to be repaired in a good way.
