The hotel is excellent and fully met our expectations. The hotel's terrace offers beautiful views of the Low Tatras. The view from the room's balcony is also good. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty, and there is a wide choice, but the food was the same for all four days. Out of 7 or 8 hot dishes, only one changed and the rest were repeated every day.

minus- no bathrobes in the room. They brought them back a second time on request. And it is very strange that the mini-suite has a kitchenette with all the utensils, tools and a microwave, but no stove. We didn't need it, but it would be handy for a stay with children.

An incredible hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed as a group of 5 in a superior apartment, and we amazed by the quality of the space and the size of the apartment. The apartment was well furnished with a huge living space and kitchen area. The bedrooms were good sizes and the beds were very comfy. The views from the wrap around balcony were absolutely unreal, looking over the forests and valley below. There were also two bathrooms which was a nice touch considering we were only a group of 5. The hotel is in great condition and had a good variety at breakfast. When we arrived to breakfast the hotel manager appeared and asked us if there was anything we needed and even asked the chef to do some more breakfast bits just for us, which was really nice. The hotel is in a great location just short walk from the mountain train. There were also good options to eat nearby. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Location is just perfect, directly by the lake. Breakfast and dinner were varied and tasty. Room was really spacious with a nice mountain view. There is also a mini bar free of charge. Hotel is providing free Ski bus service so you just need to call to reception about 20 minutes in advance. Parking is in underground garage.

Each day we asked about accessibility to activity room (billiard, table tennis, etc.) but we got still the same response " tomorrow it should be open". We spent in Hotel only 2 nights, so I hope they will fix it as soon as possible. Cozy wellness is gratis as well, but one sauna was not working. There is no tea or coffee while room is equipped with kitchen and kettle.

The building is amazing, a real gem of brutalist architecture, yet it's been refurbished not long ago, and is completely up to modern standards. The apartment I stayed in is airy with lots of space and a very comfortable layout. It's packed with storage space, so perfectly fine for longer stays. The view from the hotel is splendid, even though I was not on the side facing the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, with a wide selection. Parking is comfortable in front of the building, but there seems to be underground parking as well. Sofa bed was comfortable.

There were minor issues with cleanliness, the handles of the kitchen furniture were sticky, probably from something by the previous guest, and when I tried to use the bathtub to take a bath as opposed to just showering in it, the stopper plug could not be closed because of the junk it collected. Talking about the bath, water pressure is somewhat low, but that's to be expected at that height. My friend sleeping in the main bedroom bed told me that it could be more comfortable. I would have loved to have a bit more of vegetables at the breakfast as well, but I am really just nitpicking at this point.

Great rooms, beds, bathroom, food, staff, services, location, everything worth 4 stars. The skibus every half hour is a great thing. We loved the Christmas decoration everywhere, they took it really seriously. Minibar in the room free of charge and refilled every day. Nice mountain view. Private parking.

Just a small thing: small dining room to my opinion, tables too close to each other and still not enough tables for all guests during rush hour.

Comfortable room, great breakfast, spacious balcony. Free parking at the hotel, if the gate does not open just ring the reception!

When we arrived the room was a bit hot, and no aircondition applied in the room. Parking is a bit confusing, but if you stay more days, you can easily get used to it. Also we couldn’t find any printed house rules, of course it might be that we just simply couldn’t find it :)

No air conditioner!! I had my room on the east side. The room was very hot and I had difficulty sleeping there at night. Even during the day room was very warm.

The location is perfect, we had a gorgeous view from our room window. Breakfast and dinner were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were all kind. There is also a garage for cars, a supermarket a few steps away, and a playground right outside. There’s a train station down the road, and it’s a beautiful walk to the lake, ski resort, and other areas. Perfect for families (and also dog friendly!) 😍 We will surely be back!

Great breakfast, huge rooms, lovely views. Nice bar area and lovely free sauna/spa area. Nice to have free bottles of beer, water and fruit juice in the room.

Evening buffet was so-so. I guess this is because hotel was not busy (early September). Full menu offered at other times.

Our room was pretty spacious and well equipped, the bed was comfortable (more on the hard side but I prefer that). The minibar is refilled daily and included in the price (Pepsi, orange juice, beer, water). What we loved the most was the breakfast: filling, good quality and plenty of different options to choose from.

The room looks better on the photos, ours was different from what it's advertised with. It was still spacious and clean but definitely not what I expected seeing the pics. The balcony was looking at a parking lot, so not much panorama there either.
