A very sweet little property, very well maintained. All the staff were excellent.The room was comfortable, the grounds and pool were very pleasant. The quality of food st the restaurant was first class.

The pillows were lacking, one had a plastic covering which was uncomfortable. The seating outside the room was uncomfortable, but the seating at the pool was just fine.

Our stay at Marii was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Before we arrived they reached out by WhatsApp to arrange our arrival and Esteban was waiting for us. Esteban warmly welcomed us and gave us dinner and beach recommendations that ended up being some of our favorite spots of the trip. The hotel was quiet, beautiful with the pool and garden and the room was very clean. We stayed in a suite and loved the extra space and design inside. The location was great - right down the street from shops and food. The food at the cafe is delicious, as well. So grateful for our stay at Marii and all the ways they went above and beyond to make our time in San Pancho perfect. They held our bags for us and organized a taxi to the airport and did it all with great generosity. Can’t wait to come back and send all of our friends!

Breakfast was one of the best in the town. I also really liked the location. It was a beautiful comfortable setting and well maintained.

You could hear everything that was going on in the hotel, anytime a guest walked by, someone got in late, breakfast started, etc. Guests weren't even being loud but not a lot of privacy at this hotel. Still overall very nice place.

The hotel is just perfect! It’s a jungle vibe with a pool in the middle where all the 8 rooms meet. The staff was excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. Very big thank you to Mariana and Esteban and (Argentinian girl). We felt welcomed and you guys made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean and the king size bed very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every morning. The cafe at the entrance serves the most delicious breakfast. Thank you for Esteban for your restaurant recommendations and thank you to Mariana for finding us the best beach clubs to enjoy our day. The service was 11/10. Thank you for making our stay amazing.

There is one room under the kitchen area which was given to me at first. The AC started making a weird noise at night and around 5:30am when the staff is preparing the kitchen you can hear everything. The next morning the staff was very quick to resolve the issue. They changed my room and sent a technician to fix the AC the the first room. I have zero complaints!

Charming low-key small hotel. The small T-shaped pool outside our room was great for a cooling dip, but not for swimming. All that we needed. Antonio and Sofia are delightful and make us feel like locals. Marii is known for its breakfast and lunch and the restaurant sits above the rooms with lovely garden views. O, and the gardens are amazing. Beautiful tropical blooming ferns, palms and trees. San Pancho is a more relaxed, bohemian and authentic destination than PV or large resorts. It is reflected in the locals and foreign visitors. We loved it.

A small refrigerator would have been nice, but they offer a cooler and ice, which you can take to the beach too.

It was beautifully & simply decorated. The rooms were very clean & the courtyard & pool area was very nice. They provided beach towels at check in & the staff were very attentive. The restaurant had really nice food & good service. The atmosphere was designed in a way which encouraged relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for!

It is located a bit away from the beach, up a small hill - we didn’t mind but not everyone will appreciate that. The pool isn’t designed for swimming, it’s more just to dip in & cool off.

Beautiful, lush, quiet courtyard for sitting just outside your door. Beautiful little pool. The room was cozy & clean. The staff, Esteban, Meli & JP were wonderful! Such kind people when my husband ended up in the hospital!

A fridge in the room would have been nice. Bathroom is not a separate room (just 3/4 wall of bamboo). Bathroom lighting is poor. Needs a light over the mirror.

Everything...location was great off the main street and quiet, rooms were quiet and didn't hear neighbors. Pool was refreshing. The staff are exceptional. Food in the restaurant is excellent.

More communication at check in around all they offer. I didn't realize they offered yoga classes, didn't realize there was an outside shower to wash sand off of feet.

The place is amazing, very quiet and peaceful - you really feel like home. All the staff was super nice and made everything to make sure I had a great time. Breakfast was delicious - I highly recommend to stay at Marii’s if you are lucky enough to visit San Pancho <3

Nothing - Everything was perfect

A very Zen-like property. The staff is incredible! We are finding that almost all beach hotels are charging USA prices. The nightly rate is a bit higher than the property warranted. The bed was comfortable, pillows too large. Mot all amenities were there for a higher priced hotel. The bathroom was very big and perhaps part of this space should have been made into a closet with shelves. We lived out of our suitcase the whole time as there were only 5 hangers on the one available rod. The futon is not made for sitting on. A big slant that made use of it difficult. Patio chairs were not comfortable. Wi-Fi in the room was worse than the cafe Wi-Fi. The cafe staff and food was excellent! We love the whole staff and was super accommodating , and always smiling but there could be improvements with regards to the room and corresponding price point.
