Location was great! Lower East Side but on the border of lots of other neighborhoods, including Soho and Chinatown. Several subway stations and bus lines just a couple blocks away. Sky Ting Yoga Studio (our fave) just a 9 min walk away. Great for proximity to Brooklyn but accessibility to Midtown or wherever else you wanna go in Manhattan. Fun rooftop bar upstairs to dance at! Clean facility; staff was mostly friendly. Walking to lots of good eats.

We had a double room with two beds for four people. It was pretty crammed - expected in NYC but still a very tiny room for four people to get ready and have open suitcases in. No closet and not lots of room for luggage. There are cubbies and drawers under the bed(s). Lobby has a strong cologne/perfume fragrance. If you're sensitive, you won't like the lobby, but the rooms didn't smell that way. The "free breakfast" was just some mini croissants, random dinner rolls, and yogurts and a drip coffee station they would put out. You have to pay a $30 fee per day, but you can use that on the cafe or one of the bars.

Had two nights when the heating system wasn’t working and there is no hanging space for clothes

The room was comfortable though small. The location is good. The front desk staff were friendly and professional and checked me in early as soon as there was a room available. When I messaged the hotel, they were very responsive.

There was no complimentary water, tea, or coffee in the room. The front desk staff did give me two free bottles of water when I requested them. I felt the room was pricey and not the best value for money. The food that was on offer in the hotel was mediocre and overpriced.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, also in 5-min walk there is an area Called “little Italy”, which means you can get decent food and coffee which is really hard to find in NYC. There is also several breakfast places in 5-7 min walk open from 7:00, so you can be on the safe side in the morning. The room was clean , modern and staff were friendly. I liked the design of the hotel. There is also a room for work with laptops for free in the lobby, which is a separate space.

The “included” breakfast was just grab-and-go, so just muffins and jogurts, also you can take something from the bar for 30 usd/per day /per room, which was actually Coffee and sandwiches you can get for two of you. Just need to be prepared. We actually went to other breakfast places.

Location is great for lower Manhattan and on the J line from Jamaica/JFK so Air train and Subway a doddle and only $11.40 per person. Room size is good for NY but no wardrobes only hangers on a frame . Ideally placed for little Italy and Chinatown and Alex on the door is a delight.

Hanging space for clothes wasn’t great but that’s cause I like to hang everything up! Water in the room isn’t free, it’s $5 a bottle so be careful.

Convenient area for us, lots of good food spots and close to the subway. Bed was SO comfy. Staff were very lovely especially the door man, Alex was great! The bar upstairs is amazing, happy hour is good value but definitely book, it’s super busy.

I feel like the image is very misleading for the king city view room, it shows the largest room I assume, which has a desk and full length mirror and a better view. Our room was tiny, had no desk, no where to hang clothes, no hangers and not even anywhere to hang towels. I get all hotels in New York are small but there are definitely SO many improvements that could be made to make the space more efficient and put a clothing rack in.

Cool hotel with nice vibe in good area of New York (near Chinatown and Italian quarter). We got the bunk room which i would highly recommend for families with older children or friends travelling together. Hotel had a good bar and take away pop up style cafe for breakfast (although quite expensive)

Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. On our last day we were packing up in our room for a 12 noon checkout and housekeeping came in at 10.30 and said they had to clean the room. So we had to hurry up finish packing and leave. They were very insistent. When i checked out the front desk offered to get the room back but it was all a bit stressful l. So if you need to check out at the official time (12 noon) id recommend checking with the front desk the night before to ensure that is ok.

The first thing I noticed walking in was the burst of aroma that was so lovely on the nose as the gentleman opens the door for you. The staff at the front is all around friendly and so helpful. The staff in housekeeping were all so neat and refreshed the room like it was day one. The property is modernistic and lively with a nice bar by the lobby, roof top bar/ lounge, and a Japanese cuisine downstairs. The property was exceptionally clean and neat.

There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property but when I first used the elevators to go to my room it was a little confusing but I caught on. Very minor

Location is amazing, right next to Little Italy and Soho. Our room was on the 12th floor and we had a corner room so views both sides were fabulous. The hotel has a really cool vibe to it. We never got to visit the rooftop due to jet lag and time simply running out but we would definitely stay again so there is always next time hopefully. Bed was really comfy. We saw lots of people had mentioned the noise from the bars in the hotel but to be honest, we only heard it once and it wasn't that bad at all (and we were right under it).

We knew about the situation with no wardrobes to hang stuff so that wasn't a problem plus there is plenty of storage in the drawers under the bed. It was just a shame that there wasn't a mini fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms - we definitely missed that.

We recently stayed at this relatively new hotel and were very pleased with our experience. The hotel is easy to reach by subway and taxi, and it’s also within walking distance to both Little Italy and Chinatown. Our room with a double bed was spacious and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Our package included a daily $30 voucher for drinks, which we enjoyed at the small but cool bar on the ground floor. The rooftop bar is stunning with a trendy, hip atmosphere, though it is quite expensive. A special mention to the hotel staff for their professionalism during a fire alarm incident one night. Their handling of the situation and clear communication over the intercom reassured us until we were informed it was a false alarm. We felt very safe throughout. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely book again!

Although our room was clean at the beginning, room cleaning did an okay, but not perfect job throughout our six-night stay (e.g., the bedsheets were never changed). I guess they were busy due to option for late check out (12:00)
