We stayed only for one night but I could imagine staying here all week! Quiet little town, rooms are spacious, enough parking space for multiple cars, shared shower is whole little room so no worrying about water getting everywhere (also type of shower is one of awesome ones!) and despite it being shared shower its very private, beds are great and even room with shared shower has its own sink, which is awesome and for check in you will be met by owners. Perfection!

Rooms are on higher floor but that wasnt problem for us.

It was peaceful and quiet. Helga and Hannes were lovely. Breakfast was good....I am partial to a good continental breakfast. Setting was on a working farm with cows, chickens at the front door and horses. Enough hot water, bed was comfy and we had a lovely balcony with a view. Would go back again.

I found the pillow too soft..but thats just me. . Kettle in the room would be a nice touch. Also there are stairs to climb to the room for anyone who has issues.

The room is exactly as described and you can park directly at the house. The owners are also extremely friendly and have replied very quickly to our request for a late check-in (after 21:00). The price is very wallet-friendly in comparison to similar rooms in the vicinity.

You need to be aware that the bathroom and shower is shared between 6 rooms and that the owners' family lives in the lower floors of the house. In my opinion this is not a issue, but just be aware of it.

It feels like it’s run by a great family. I felt very safe and taken care of. I even got offered a beer! The breakfast was INSANE. yes!!!! I’d eat it every day. Egg cooked to perfection, homemade jams & honey, great yoghurt & insane tomatoes

Everything was great.

Very good location as a base for trips within Karynthia region. Modest clean room with access to common balcony. Despite of room without toilet and shower during our visit we had individual acces to them. Nice surrandings of the house with place to play for children. Nice place to rest after hiking. Delicious breakfast with self made or other regional farm products. Very good jams and hooney. Best choise taking into account price related to quality.

A truly working farm in a gorgeous location. Surrounded by mountains and right in the farm. Great breakfast and very friendly family. Self catering facilities and tea and coffee provided.

Hosts were very nice and welcoming. The house is old but lovely, It has a special charm, bed was extremely comfy and breakfast delicious.

It was comfy and we liked the farm vibes.

Cosy family-run farrm. The hosts were very kind. We had reserved a single room with ensuite bathroom as well as another one with external shower (locked with personal key) and shared WC. Very good breakfast with homemade jam and fresh milk and eggs from the farm.

The property is located in a wonderful area, with a castle and a waterfall within a moderate walking distance. The place is peaceful and quiet, and I had a restful night's sleep here.
