Staff ,facilities and service were good. Breakfast was overall good and Amy gave us excellent service and was attentive to our needs. Reception staff on arrival and departure were very professional and informative.
Food and drink prices were high. I would say the food was ok however not memorable. I personally thought the pork sausages where tasteless and could have been of better quality at breakfast .I have had better at a premier inn. No Worcestershire sauce , Not that I could see. The naan bread I received with my chicken tikka was poor quality and I have had better from Tesco. Accompaniments like a chutney and side of Indian dish should be offered. I personally thought the pastries at breakfast were not great.

The hotel was very easy to find. The room was very spacious, with ample storage space and different seating. It was clean, warm, and comfortable. The bed was a bit too hard for me, but that is my preference. All staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. As a solo traveller and a first-time visitor, i was made to feel at ease. The swimming pool and spa were very quiet when I used them, which was lovely. Being given towels was an added bonus. Breakfast had so much to choose from, and I can recommend the scrambled eggs and mushrooms. The bar area was cosy with a variety of seats. I had a light snack, which was delicious, and went well with a glass of wine. I was woken up at 6.30 by an alarm from the next room and could hear a hairdryer later.

We booked the Delta to break up a long journey to an airport. We didn't have particularly high expectations, so we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of our experience! The staff were great (both on reception and at the bar), the room was very clean and comfortable and the communal areas would not have been out of place in a far more expensive hotel. The bar food was good, there was a peaceful garden area, and the football was on the big screen TV!
It's a small grumble. but when ordering at the bar, a service charge is automatically applied which customers must actively opt out of. Because I routinely tip voluntarily, I felt the service charge was a bit presumptive.

Was lovely to use the gym and spa area before dinner. Staff were lovely.
I was extremely disappointed in finding out there was absolutely no where on site to purchase female sanitary wear. I accidentally forgot to bring mine and was informed by staff that I had to leave site and travel to nearest service station, which took a chunk out of our planned, short evening. Considering we are now in 2025, I find it shocking that these things aren't readily available incase anyone is in need. Beer is available at the front desk, but not a single tampon/Sanitary towel.

Parking was easy & straightforward, with charges included as complementary for guests. The landscape surrounding the property was pleasant even though it’s in a business area. The facilities were superb, and the food offered was delicious and wide ranging, especially for breakfast. The staff were friendly and great fun, and all demonstrated upmost respect for the entertainment manager, who was superb at her job.
Our mattress was quite lumpy and sagged in the middle a little. The door to the bathroom stuck fast every time it was closed (we did raise this with desk staff) and it was very difficult to open which wasn’t good considering we had an accessible room. A wheelchair user would have struggled, for sure. There was also the usual issue all hotels have which is a lack of useful sockets (no usb sockets at all) and poor lighting. One socket in particular was loose and not working well - we could even hear arcing, which was worrisome.

The staff were very friendly particularly in the restaurant. My friend and I used both the swimming pool and hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed. The food was delicious and fresh especially the breakfast. I don't normally eat a cooked breakfast but this was lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable with all we needed. The Reception staff arranged a taxi for us which was very helpful. I would definitely visit again.
There didn't seem to be an extraction fan in the bathroom so it got a little misty in there.

All very good
“Free Wifi” is NOT “Free Wifi” when you are required to give personal details for marketing exploitation. This was the case for these premises. “Free Wifi” means you are given unconditional access by a secure password. To be fair to clients, Booking.com should only use the description “Free Wifi” when a vendor provides UNCONDITIONAL ACCESS directly via a secure password. Booking.com should use the description CONDITIONAL FREE WIFI whenever a vendor uses a web site to milk your personal data before you receive your password via your personal email.

I really liked the hotel itself, it felt very up to date, clean and tidy. All the staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and having access to the pool and jacuzzi was a great bonus. The hotel extended our stay when asked with no added cost which was so kind and also I had forgotten my toothbrush and the hotel provided one quickly for me, nothing was too much! :)
I feel £18.50 is a little steep for the breakfast buffet considering some people don't eat as much as others so hard to get your moneys worth however saying that the breakfast was absolutely lovely!

Nice size room, very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazingly soft, I slept well. Nice hot shower. Modern decor, The breakfast was very good and had a nice choice of hot and cold options.
No menu or information in the room. Service charge added to the bar bill without being made aware of this. No instructions for heating/air conditioning in the room. Not enough milk and teabags in the room. Bath/shower safety stickers were not effective, shower was very slippy for my elderly mother.

Breakfast - food was excellent, choice was so varied, never seen a toffee milkshake before, staff fantastic, made Mum a poached egg and got her a banana when there was none left. Dinner - superb. Fresh and tasty and excellent portions. Varied menu. Room - very clean Pool - beautiful until the children arrived! Could do with slightly less wide step ladders for those with knee problems!
Room - one drawer was broken, looked tired. Shower - handles are in the wrong position and floor unbelievably slippy. Had to ask for a physical menu, hotels can't expect everyone to use apps!
