The place is incredible! The food was exceptional, and the value for money was great. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our check-in and checkout experience was incredibly smooth and simple.

The only downside I’d like to point out is the pool. Don’t get me wrong, it’s massive and fantastic, but there were no lights inside. Moreover, there’s a steep slope where the water gets incredibly deep, and there’s no clear indication or monitoring of the water depth. They should have also maintained a changing room nearby the pool to make it convenient to change and return to your room dry.

The chef who was making the pancakes and eggs, he was very friendly and warm at breakfast. The salad choices and some of the fresh desserts were quite delicious. ( Elements) The room cleaning staff were very meticulous and thorough , even though we had a messy pair of kids. The reception had 2 very accommodating and welcoming gentlemen Mr Sadiq and Mr Hussain, who went beyond expectations to make our stay wonderful, with a beautiful upgrade to a late checkout. A wonderful experience throughout the stay. The room was beautiful, tidy and a very good experience, the jacuzzi was the cherry on the top.

The restaurant Elements was quite disappointing , the breakfast and the chosen other meal was quite underwhelming, the main courses were cold and upon requests of heating went unbothered by the staff on both days of our stay, wish we had a better experience for the amount paid for half board. The tables were dirty and food bits on the posters of the wall , this was quite putting off. The repeated batch of desserts on both days wasn't what we expected as well.

A private compound located in the Jubail city which is worth staying if you are looking for a comfortable and private stay. We got the room booked through Booking.com. They have their own private parking with lot of space available. The lobby is beautiful and spacious and it gives you proper feeling of a 4 star location. The room was not very spacious but still comfortable with all basic facilities available. There is gym and Pool available which you can enjoy at their designated times. Breakfast buffet was available in our package and it was worth it. There was lot of variety of dishes in the breakfast. The service of the restaurant and the staff available were very friendly and ready to help anytime.

However the only downside of staying at the hotel was the expensive price of room and the quality of food. The cafes available inside are just average and very costly compared to the quality and taste of food offered.

Only one issue we had over 3 night stay. Jacuzzi will be switched on on request only. That's fine, but only 1 day the pool attendant assisted us with switching it on. Other 2 days he literally ignored the request and no one was attempt to let us enjoy the Jacuzzi and gave reason as climate is HOT. It doesn't matter when the user is ready to use I guess. This is not acceptable and disappointing.

Food was excellent but they need to try to keep it worm especially during dinner. Very special thanks to Nada from reception for her warmth welcome and support and for Ronald and Mahatab from room service for their excellent work in servicing my room.

They were renovating the swimming pool and it was very noisy as I could not sleep during the afternoon

I liked the location, the environment, the breakfast, the ambience and last but not the least the amazing staff.

Nothing. Only one suggestion. Arrange paper cups in the breakfast section so that coffee can be taken out after having breakfast. It shouldn't cost much (coffee and cups) but it may leave a positive feeling for coffee drinkers like me.

Calm environment, clean swimming pool and close to some good restaurants. Bedrooms are spacious with all basic amenities, especially rooms with a small extra patio area. Gym has all basic equipment and easily accessible.

Courts are not well maintained, need to have extra basketballs and footballs and more recreational activities. Meals are over priced.

Place is quiet and perfect tho from far away travel you need to have a space to rest and relax that no one disturb you👍

As an option..No nearby food chains or resto or other choice of coffee shops, need to go out and drive 30mins to an hour just to get what you want

nice place, tranquil, quiet suitable for families. they have nice balconies but not in the room. nice breakfast buffet, all varieties, they had a cafe by the pool that shows World Cup matches, it was nice. there’s a restaurant and cafe nice food and nice stuff.

I wish it was by the sea. why do they give you the worst view rooms if they have better ones available?? this happens with bookings through booking.com
