Great location, amazing staff! They are so friendly!

The door to my balcony is a bit loose, my room has that small issue. For me, problem is the electricity waste due to the air conditioning not being completely locked :) no problem for me but it is a bit of an issue for some people

Staff is great, everything is as expected. Clean and relaxed atmosphere.

Minor things like tv wouldn’t connect to wifi and since the hotel has events there can be a lot of noise. For me it’s not an issue since I’m a heavy sleeper but for others it will be specially on the weekends.

It is a hotel with great potential. I think the breakfast buffet could be more varied and the general maintenance of the hotel could be optimized.

Staff was really nice, specially Nelson the bell guy. Very professional and supportive. The hotel is nice, beds and pillows were comfortable and well located
