Absolutely loved the location! It was such a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Check in was super easy and the front desk even texted when our rooms were ready since we got their early. We also loved the size of the rooms. Will definitely stay again!

The only problem we had is that nobody was coming in to give us towels or clean the rooms in general during our stay. We had to go to the front desk or stop someone to get towels. Someone finally did come the day before we left to change the trash and towels out. Definitely would have loved someone to vacuum a little bit because of all of the sand from coming in from the beach

The room was clean, & comfortable. It had a single Keurig, so you could bring your own coffee pods . They also supplied pods & coffee condiments, which was nice. The staff was really helpful & accommodating. It's a super convenient location.

The refrigerator wasn't really working. It kept our contents a little more than room temp. but not cold. It was also leaking water all over everything. I had brought a freezer pack to put in my cooler, and it never froze after putting it in the freezer.

Overall a nice little place. Beds were slightly uncomfortable. I think they just need new mattresses. We still slept well and the pillows were comfy. Location is great. Parking is offered onsite but tight. Still it's free and onsite. Rooms were clean. A little spotty but clean. Coffee in the morning. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Would stay again.

Parking onsite is free but tight. But still, it is free parking onsite so that's good. Beds were slightly uncomfortable. It didn't affect our sleep but maybe it's time for some new mattresses. Could just be my preference as well.

We loved the fact that the motel was centrally located. We were able to walked to everywhere we wanted to go. Super close to beach too! Half the price of those a block away near the water. Staff was super nice. We only stayed one night on our travels through NH but it was a great place to stop. Bed was very comfortable! Would stay here again; definitely worth the money.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was great!

The parking lot was very cramped and not enforced by # if your in rm 6 you should park in #6 or rm 12 #12 etc. No lamp next to bed so you had to have overhead lighting on which was not ideal if someone else is trying to sleep having to get out of bed to turn lights off is not ideal either.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

The parking lot is small. The spaces were too small making it difficult to park a mid-size vehicle (SUV). The fact there were not any convenient USB outlets to charge devices was troublesome. While the bathroom was cramped it was clean and modernized.

There is no lamp on the nightstand or outlets for charging phones by the beds. Have to shut off lights by the front door before getting into bed. Would be easier with lamp between the beds. Could use a small bench in bathroom to put clothes on or sit on while dressing.

Cleanliness and friendly service. Location, ease of access was also helpful. Fenced in, limited single entry access and secure and adequately lit parking.

The entry door for our room needs to have a door sweep installed, there is a gap present and this allows light and the possible entry of pests.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. We booked the room day of, as a last minute treat. The room was clean and featured a porch to lounge on. Great location, walking distance to everything.

Tides is an older style motel, however the rooms have been renovated not too long ago by the looks of it. Was spotlessly clean. For one night it was comfortable and being one block from the beach was great.
