**A Truly Memorable Stay at Hotel Kaiservilla, Heiligenblut!** I had the best breakfast experience in all of Austria at Hotel Kaiservilla in Heiligenblut—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully arranged, and warmly served by the wonderful *Ms. Leese*. Her attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the breakfast: from the diverse selection to the high quality and presentation of each item. As a vegetarian, I was especially impressed by the variety and care taken to cater to all dietary preferences. I’m already looking forward to coming back for it! The hotel itself is nothing short of exceptional. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with excellent temperature control, making the stay incredibly comfortable. And the view from the room? Absolutely breathtaking—mountains and nature in all their glory. Hotel Kaiservilla is a hidden gem and an absolute must-stay in Heiligenblut. A perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and stunning surroundings. Highly recommended!

It was a rainy day!

Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and a wonderful view over the valley. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The sauna is included in the price; I highly recommend going there after dinner to relax before heading to bed. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, everything was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing weekend in the mountains, with all the comforts you could need.

It was a very coazy place, nice style, clean, warm and welcoming. The sauna and relaxation room were perfect for after ski relaxation. The room was comfy and big, with a very nice mountain view, and it even smelled very nice. We also had a big balcony. There was a nice safe place to store ski equipment. The personnel were very kind and happy to help with all the questions. The breakfast was also perfect. We felt absolutely comfortable and very welcome there.

Heiligenblut and Hotel Kaiservilla is perfect choise if you are visiting Grossglockner High Alpine road. Hotel it self is very beautiful, rustic and clean. There is safe parking in front of hotel. Rooms are very cozy, clean and have wonderful view to the city center, cathedrale and mountains. Breakfast is excellent and there is plenty things to choose from. The staff is very caring, willing to help if you have any questions as well as explained to us all details about hotel and area. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had in any hotel, and the staff at the breakfast was very attentive and friendly. Our room was huge, with a great bathtub, two sinks, good sized balcony overlooking the town and a doublebed. There was also a minibar with a selection of drinks, and a tv. The location in Heiligenblut is also amazing. You could see the whole town from the balcony of our room, and the snow-covered mountains behind it. It's a very small town so the walk from the hotel to the "centre" takes only a couple of minutes.

Location. Greeting at the reception by Walter who showed us to our room. Very very friendly. Chatted about the area and history. Walter was exceptional. Wished more hotels received us like he did providing such personal service. Loved the beautiful setting. Breakfast was beyond our expectations. So many choices. Thank you

Missing a standup shower.

The breakfast selection and quality was exceptional, had a real artisan feel and the lady looking after things was very on the ball and approachable. The man at reception who was Dutch was very friendly and helpful to us. He even recommended where we could eat late and watch the champions league final which was appreciated.

Our stay at Hotel Kaiservilla was exceptional. The spacious room with a balcony offered breathtaking views, and the breakfast was unparalleled in richness and variety. The cozy spa, complete with two saunas and a relaxing resting room, provided the perfect post-skiing relaxation. While the ski slope was a bit of a walk away, it was still within walking distance, and the helpful and friendly staff made our stay truly memorable.

The house is in an ancient style, but at the same time equipped with modern comforts. The view is breathtaking and you can see the whole valley. The staff is kind and welcoming and answers every question and interest with patience and a smile. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Spacious room and bathroom. Lovely views from all windows, either the church or the mountains. Extremely friendly reception and chef! Breakfast was great, generous with local treats, even though we were one of only 2 occupied rooms in the hotel as it was end of season.

The shower had no curtain, so a lot of water on the floor.
