Crystal Inn is centrally located. Free parking, free wi-fi, microwave, small refrigerator, room has sliding glass door, & you can sit outside your room & enjoy fresh air. Pool, picnic table & grill. I feel safe. Restaurants & bowling alley, grocery store close by. When you're driving I see signs telling you directions to Crystal Inn. The price is very good. Acoustics are good, I don't hear other guests. Flat screen TV.

Anything I feel that I need more of I bring. More hangars, tissues.

We love the Crystal Run Inn. We have spent the Bridgefest weekend here for thirteen years. Unfortunately it became too pricey for us. The price went up exponentially every year.

The original price for this weekend was $795 for two nights that weekend. The price went down $300 after the forecast of thunder, lightning and 2 days of rain. We intended to stay at another spot for a cheaper price but it was physically impossible. We enjoyed our stay as much as ever but I think that if you consistently stay in a hotel for this many years, you should receive some king nd of discount!!!

I like the room it was clean neat. The lighting in the room could have been a bit more brighter. Breakfast was only cereal and bread. Could’ve had a bit more options. Location was good.

The people who stayed next to us were very noisy. Even though the premises said no smoking people were smoking. When we came in it looked Iike someone who was stay was told to leave something about not having ID and that we’re going to call the cops. Got a bit scared.

For starters, we checked in with Madeline. She was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The pool area was also nice with comfortable furniture. picnic benches for eating and poolside chairs for lounging. The housekeepers were very nice and helpful. We had an issue adjusting the air conditioner in the room, and they addressed and fixed the issue immediately. Barbara was also great. We were voming in late from our event and needed to go through our purse to find our keys. Barbara buzzed us in so we could be safe while digging in our purses, trying to find the doorkey. Great hotel for a reasonable price.

There was one issue, but we discussed it with Madeline and itwas addressed quickly.

The location was very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It was about 5 mins drive from Asbury Park area and the Jersey Shore Boardwalk. The room had plenty of space, beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and professional.

It’s a great location for the price . It would be nice to upgrade the hallways and maybe add a table with a few chairs in the room since the rooms have a lot of space. Maybe upgrade the breakfast selections during the week. Nothing to do with the property - the roads in jersey are a bit confusing and you have to circle around to get to some of the restaurants and stores. But easy to figure out.

The place was great. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. But hey, pay motel rates get motel rooms. Our two rooms were clean, the AC worked great. Housekeeping was super friendly. The pool was awesome and clean. The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location wise it was perfect. Close enough to the beach.

They put out some breakfast foods in the morning. I liked the bagels and cream cheese but some fruit or oatmeal packs maybe would’ve been nice. There could’ve been a little more variety without being too fancy/expensive. But still what they had was nice.

All of the staff we interacted with were lovely; fun, helpful, and polite. They have a lot of items available at the front desk, and its nice to have the available coffee and light breakfast in the mornings. Ubering in to town is super easy but being outside of town was quiet, it's tucked back enough you can't hear the road.

The rooms are a bit sparse; fine with us since the whole point of coming to Asbury was a show and the beach, but if you're looking to spend more time in the room it's not the best for that.

The staff was excellent especially Brian when I checked in at 10:00 at night extremely helpful patient he was nice enough to even help me with my stuff to my room as soon as I open the door the room was clean didn't smell like cigarettes at all I turned the air on and it got cold right away fresh towels clean sheets lots of room hangers main fridge and microwave which was very helpful I definitely go back there again Ps the pool was gorgeous perfect for that hot day

The check in process was quick, from arrival to entering my room was less than 7 min! I like how they have a washer and dryer available for use if need be, the front desk does have snacks available for purchase great if having a late night craving, the surrounding area can get dark but the motel does have bright lights so you won't be in the dark if arriving past sunset, good amount of towels were provided, house keeping daily and they have an ice machine in case you need ice 👍

The facility indoors at least, is smoke free but I did often smell cigarette smoke inside the building so someone was clearly breaking the rules. One more thing but probably a preference on my part is the ground floor rooms have a patio but mine faced the parking lot but there was no "border" I guess you would call it and it was possible for anyone to just go up to my patio door seems too easy for a random person so access your patio door but it does have a lock thankful for that.

Love the mid century architecture, it's what originally drew me to getting a room here. But over all staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was clean, room was big and clean as well. Look forward to staying again in the future.

I think the cost was just a little too high for the type of motel it was, like if our stay had been $500 instead of $550, it would have been a perfect price. Honestly that's the only thing that really bothered me.
