Breakfast was delicious - Bircher and fresh fruit, eggs (you have to ask), and a LOVELY range of savoury meat/fish/veggie/cream cheese options. If you want a croissant you have to get in early, but the bread rolls were freah, tasty and plentiful. Juice, tea and coffee a bit basic but all in all, a really great breakfast on offer! It's right next to the old town - location couldn't be better, and parking is on site (for €10 per day). Everything was kept spotlessly clean, including the shared shower/loo. Would definitely stay there again.
Although the room was lovely and quiet, the door locks (of which there are many) are quite loud and echoey so you and other guests can't help making quite a lot of noise at the start and end of the day when locking, unlocking and opening bedroom and entrance doors. It's a minor thing though.

Very good value for money, great location and great breakfast! Although for some people this accommodation may seem a bit basic as there are shared facilities for three rooms, we never clashed with anyone else, the place was quiet and everyone respected each other's privacy. Facilities were super-clean and breakfast was amazing. Would recommend to others.
Our room faced the street which was a bit noisy in the night with drunk people from the pub just opposite our accommodation, but that's nothing the guesthouse can do with.

The rooms are simple but fine and clean. They have a sink, the bathroom with a toilet and a separate shower is shared with two other single rooms. The breakfast was very good, one could ask for freshly made scrambled eggs, there was a station to make fresh orange or apple juice and the variety of bread, cheese, simple salads and sweet breakfast food was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. I arrived late and they wrote to me and called me to explain how to get the key.
I basically liked everything. The walls are thin, so if your neighbor is loud, it potentially could become annoying. The interior is a little dated, but that is fine, since this is not a hotel.

Location was perfect for my needs. Also it was very pleasant to have a view of Danube from the room window. It was also good to have two exits at opposite sides of the building so that each one could be used depending of the needed direction.
There was no hair dryer in the room. The shower cabine didn't close well so the flow in the bathroom and in the corridor was full of water. The breakfast is quite poor.

Excellent location, just a few steps to the Old Town. Clean rooms, sparsely furnished but completely adequate with desk and internet. Very calm atmosphere and quiet, no city or car noise. Super friendly staff.
I thought my 2nd floor room got quite warm in the afternoon sun and even with the windows wide open I could not get it cooled down. A quiet oscillating floor fan would have been nice.

Loved the property backs on to the river walk and has the river cruise boats nearby. The kitchen staff are very kind, accommodating and friendly. Great buffet
The door locks are finicky. The signage inside informing you of buffet times and location difficult to find. The relics of its catholic orphanage identity still linger in the halls.

This room was perfect for what I needed and then some! Easy to get checked in, even after the registration desk was closed. Room was clean and had everything I needed, including strong Wifi! The breakfast in the morning was AMAZING and set me up for the day! Two thumbs up!
Truly can't think of everything, it was everything I needed and then some!

Excellent accommodation just a few walking minutes from the river Donau. Many good bars, cafees and restaurants in the neighborhood and in the city centre. The breakfast was exceptional good ... comparable to a 5 start hotel.
The locks in the neighboor doors were a bit noisy upon lock/unlock the doors.

This is a seminar centre which offers budget accommodation. Bathroom shared between three rooms. Kitchen for self cooking available. Comfortable and clean. The Breakfasts are phenomenal. Rooms have basins in them.
There are no lifts, so you need to carry luggage upstairs. The locks on the doors make a lot of noise. But these are trivialities.

Great location in the historic city centre of Regensburg. Spacious, quiet and clean rooms. Magnificent breakfast (for a fee), ample onsite private parking, unique atmosphere
My single bed was minimalist for my needs. I would book a double bed even for a single person. A bit confusing to find the place
