The room itself was excellent - spacious, well-equipped, modern and clean. The walk-in shower was powerful, the bed comfortable and the TV very good.

The hotel is in a light industrial estate on the outskirts of Fuenlabrada, so there's nothing around apart from a BP garage. It's just like a motel for a stop on a journey somewhere else. Be aware that the restaurant/bar at the bottom of the hotel was closed on Sunday evenings, so I had to walk for 15 minutes to get into Fuenlabrada itself to eat. Sound insulation in the building isn't great - you can hear other guests, cleaning staff, etc. as well as traffic noise from the main road on which the hotel stands.

Clean, comfy, quiet, Netflix included

I showered with cold water, after letting them know, they only said they would fix it (which they did), but no apologies or small detail on the house, to make up for it. Also, they entered to fix the shower while I was out of the room and all my things inside. Did not appreciate that at all.

Greatly equipped rooms. Large TVs in every room, netflix included. Clean and great value for money. Perfect place for a sleepover after or before visiting Warner park with your own vehicle.

Location is inside industrial/commercial area. Not a big deal though as it was still very quiet.

The location and the fact there was a restaurant. Loved the use of the utility room that had a microwave which was great, very unusual but needed.

The room was too small for two grown adults.

Nothing really, just be ware that it is in the industrial district, around 15min Walk to the next village. But if you have a car it is not a big deal

The room door was in the street with restaurant chairs right in front of the door (less than 1 meter from it)

The rooms are at the Standard of big 5 stars hotels like Melia or Hilton. Really comfy bed, and a particular effort to make it an enjoyable experience. They really have an eye for details and push for cleanliness! This is something that is sometimes not even well done for big chains. So I do not know who runs that hotel, but these folks are good at this.

The breakfast. The bar looks nice, but the staff on Saturday morning treated us as if we were local Spanish folks. The croissant was toasted with the smell of bacon, we asked for a butter one, but got a margarine one, that also came with spreadable margarine (apparently locals do not know that this is poison). Basically no buffet, no special breakfast like they usually have in hotels - It's for locals, by locals. If you are not ready to eat a bacon sandwich or tostada de tomate at 9 am, better find another place to have breakfast in Madrid. Also closed on Sundays! Basically, go to this hotel for the rooms, not for breakfast.

Room was clean ,and hás restaurant/bar next door. Ordered a beer and they offer some fish nuggets.

Location is strange ,its in and industrial área and right on the road , só you can hear some cars pass by at night.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and in great condition. The hotel bar has good food and friendly staff.

It is located in the middle of an industrial area. Not great overall, but good if you have things to do in Fuenlabrada.
