The room was neat & clean and the sofa-cum-bed option was good for the third person to sleep. The bathroom was big & spacious. Breakfast options were limited but good. The check-in experience was seamless.

We were a bit cramped in the room considering triple occupancy & would have preferred more space to move around. Restaurants in close vicinity are limited, so not too many options to choose from. The downtown area was a dead place with very little activity taking place over the weekend. We hardly encountered any people walking in the streets.

The breakfast was filling and good. It was quite extensive and offered hot and cold items. The one who works on the breakfast takes pride in his work and does a good job at it. The desk clerks were very good. At breakfast the next morning the desk clerk Faith was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend!

There was a $30 charge to park in the parking garage next to the hotel. It was convenient though.

Awesome location if you visit Lucas Oil Stadium. Just few minutes walking distance from the Stadium. Downtown City Center is also within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast is great with a lot of choices. Gym was great. Staff very friendly. Nice that. you can buy drinks and snacks at reception. Bed was awesome quality.

Breakfast baked eggs: please don't put butter on the eggs. Maybe it's an American thing to do that but then offer butter separate. I found it to be very unhealthy and not taste good at all. I would recommend to also serve out boiled eggs which are much more healthy since eggs are baked in a lot of butter too I guess.

Right when we walked in, the lady on duty was so super nice and personable, I loved it! The place was clean. Good parking garage, kind of tight getting in the gate, it was nice to have a safe place to park. You could only go in the garage with your room key and get in the elevator from the garage with your room key. The room was great, spacious, and clean. The gentleman on night shift was friendly as well when we went to buy snacks at midnight, they had a good selection of those, as well as beer/wine if you wanted that. The breakfast was super with a good selection of food.

I have a preference for a super soft mattress so I thought the bed was a little on the hard side but that's just me.

Was in room close to the end of hallway , and the stairs entrance was nearby. The door closing was heard in my room every time someone went through and there were a lot of people going through it

I really loved the daily breakfast buffet; it was a hit; fluffy waffles, and delicious fresh coffee. The staff was very nice and patient with everyone...always aimed to please and make everyone feel welcomed and satisfied with their services.

There weren't anything that I disliked; but I thought the suites would be larger. I liked having the fridge and microwave in the room.

Very clean and homey. Breakfast was good and nice to have.

The shower was not very adjustable and getting a temperature you want was near impossible. It was either too hot or not warm enough. When you got it to a temperature that was comfortable the water pressure was poor. Room 316 needs maintenance.

Staff were very friendly. The small kitchen was a bonus for night time snacks. It was a very convenient location. The parking garage was perfect to keep our vehicle safe.

Only complaint is slow elevators, but it doesn’t hurt to take some stairs.

So close to lucas oil stadium. Literally couldn't have picked a better hotel to walk there. We were in town for the motley crue concert and the hotel even played music from all the bands at the concert in the lobby the day of the concert. Friendly staff, parking was easy Im the garage and we felt that our car was safe beds were super comfy with great pillows.. There wasn't much food in the area that we wanted to eat (alot was too fancy for my husband and i) but "the whistle blower" is a great small bar withinwalking distance. Great drinks, friendly staff, and great eats! You have to have the seasoned waffle fries.... trust me... they aren't typical fries.

I liked the feel of the hotel. I was not overtly large and was very clean. It was a nice travel hotel within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment.

The front desk person was playing bartender. She really had no clue what an IPA was or how to make a Vodka tonic. I could've just made it myself.
