Our stay was lovely, I was welcomed by friendly staff, they were very accommodating. The room was very clean, neat, everything worked. TV, WiFi, Aircon. The bed was so comfortable and warm. There is a Bar and Restaurant unfortunately the restaurant closes the kitchen at 7 so we didn't get to taste the food. There will definitely be a next time. Thumbs up for Elizabeth Lodge. Just in the bathroom the connected shower head to the bath didn't work and they should have bigger bath soaps.

The property grounds were spacious and garden is well looked after. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortably to sleep on.

No umbrellas available during a thunderstorm, had to walk in the rain to room the second time.

The room I booked was not the same as the one we got, we were supposed to get one with a balcony but we did not complain because the room we stayed in had everything else we booked for.

The lodge's kitchen wasn't operational at the time, but they told us it would be operating again in the near future.

The location is very close to the main road even when you use a public transport you can access it. i din't have time for lunch since i checked out early in the morning, but the dinner i had was superb. i believe that the breakfast also is good

the restaurant's hours is very short since is from 18;00 to 19:00, tleast if they could extend hours to 3 hours that would be much better.

You have a lady who makees. Everyone feel. Special and yr guy in reception exceptionally helpful and friendly. Liked the guy at the bar.. Excellent host. All staff friendly and helpful

How big the room and bathroom was. Nice little kitchen. There was electric blankets on the bed which was awesome.

There was no dish washing liquid or dish cloths or dish towels in the kitchen. The aircon did not work.

The place is quiet and close to East Rand Mall and Atlas mall...the staff was so amazing from receptionist to room service helpers. I will definitely visit again 😊😊😊

We stayed twice: the 1st time the shower was over the bath, no hook for the shower head and no shower curtain. Comfy bed. The 2nd time a good shower, but the bed was rather hard for us, but we were only there 1 night.
