The location was superb, we needed transport just for reaching Buda part. Everything in Pest was in walking distance. Just in 3 minutes walking distance was the bus stop for airport express.

Great city location. Close to all sightseeing spots, all within walking or great transport links. Excellent customer service staff very warm, friendly & helpful. Modern hotel decor. Good sized rooms with air con & facilities. Large comfy beds. Breakfast options were good & plenty of it. Bonus offer of free beverages proper coffee machine, juices etc in an afternoon til 7pm if wanted. Mini bar selection good & reasonable prices( apart from water) Same price as beer! Enough wooden hangers for clothes & storage space for 2 people bonus.

Carpet looked like it needed a good hoover! Shower over bath but no bath mat so slippery had too be very careful. Towels supplied but small not bath sheet size!

Excellent service and attentiveness from the hotel staff, especially Benzi and Daniel. Excellent extensive breakfast. Possibility to drink juices and coffee at certain times. Close to bus 100 E from and to the airport, all types of public transport nearby and the possibility of walking to the sights.

Three electrical outlets in the room did not work. Turning on the kettle knocked out the power. I informed the reception staff several times. It was the end of the week. They said that the repairman would come only on Monday. I reminded them on Monday. It seemed they checked. But in the evening the same thing happened again. Probably, there is a short circuit from the kettle in these sockets. I had to put the kettle on the floor and plug it into the socket that is closer to the floor. Very inconvenient. It is also inconvenient that the shelf for shampoo and washcloths is located at the completely opposite end of the bathroom, next to the toilet, and not above the bathtub. A completely ill-considered detail.

The location is excellent, close to public transport stops and bus 100E to/from the airport. The room is quiet even with the window open, my room overlooked the courtyard. The room and the bathroom are clean. My departure was early in the morning, before the official breakfast at the hotel. At my request, the staff gave me breakfast to take with me. You can leave your suitcase for storage. Agnes explained how to get to the train station by metro.

There was no bottle of mineral water in the room, as is now common in many European hotels. The employee explained that they do not provide it, because in Budapest you can drink tap water. There were no slippers in the room, as was written when ordering, after my request - they brought them.

Location was right in the middle of the main area and everything was really accessible, 10-15 minutes walk to get to most tourist sites. Breakfast was good with lots of choice but cooked breakfast should probably be given a miss as it was always only lukewarm. Room very good and everywhere in hotel lovely and clean. The shower facility is worth noting for quick hot water and good pressure. Staff very helpful.

Only complaint was the cooked breakfast not being kept warm enough but there was plenty to choose from besides that so not an issue for us.

Location was excellent, it was right in the middle of the shops and bars - excellent location. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was ok, although limited selection of fresh fruit.

The staff on reception did the bare minimum. We booked a triple room and it was clearly a twin room, with another bed added where the table and chairs would normally be - therefore it felt cramped and one person didn't have a bedside table or anywhere to put a glass of water by their bed. The bathroom was very small, probably the smallest hotel bathroom I have seen. At breakfast we couldn't get the drinks machine to work (even with the help of the staff), which meant there was only tea and coffee, no Orange Juice.

The location, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, it was all great. People in the reception were super helpful. Breakfast was tasty and the room was spacious and comfortable. The price is kinda high but it is definitely worth it.

I'm deducting 1 star because one morning we were late to the breakfast, breakfast ends at 10.00 a.m. and we made it downstairs at around 9.50 a.m.. It was 10.05 when a staff member came and said, I quote, "It's past breakfast time. It'd be best if you finish up quick and leave.". That was the biggest culture shock I've ever had in my entire life. I also found it rude but each country to their own, I guess.

Fabulous location, close walking distance to major sights. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by and a supermarket 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable with tea/coffee and minibar in room. Breakfast was plentiful and great selections. Free tea/coffee and juice available all day. The staff were very friendly and they have a great laundry service for a reasonable price. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller.

Nothing to dislike but just a suggestion that the hot food at breakfast could be warmer.

The location was amazing so central and safe biggest draw of the hotel. Breakfast had everything you could possibly need. Really enjoyed the free coffee in the breakfast room after a long day of exploring. Room was spotless and perfect for my mum and daughter and I. The toiletries were great the shower was at a very low level but very minor concern. Robes and slippers had to be asked for which meant we didn’t get them until following morning from housekeeping but that was fine. Only advice is not to buy hop on off bus tickets from hotel they didn’t let me get a child price for my daughter we paid for three adults went outside hotel and two stands 50 m apart where tickets were 5000huf cheaper
