The hotel is lovely and very peaceful. Staff were amazing to us Sarah greeted us with the best smile very welcoming. We were staying for our anniversary and Sarah bought us a drink, she was lovely, there was no pink gin so she made me a different drink which I didn't get the name of lol. Breakfast was OK, it filled the spot for a busy day shopping and walking around again staff were lovely. Our room was very clean and enough room for both of us. Will definitely be back very soon
There was a window that just would not close right so there was a draft and alot of noise throughout the night that kept waking us up maybe someone should look at that and get it fixed. But other than that I loved the hotel and staff so thank u for having us.

I got a corner room on the 3rd floor and it was pretty nice and quiet. A bit small but cozy with a big comfortable bed and soft pillows. Complimentary chocolates, yum! It felt so good and relaxing. A very lovely hotel in a fantastic location, plenty of shops and restaurants around and a bus stop within a few mins walking distance. Nice view on the river. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Some weird yellow stains above the window in the bathroom. Omg, the hairdryer! It barely blows the air and makes an unbearable noise, I was terrified 😅 I thought it would fall apart right in my hand.

The location was excellent. Perfect for people doing a view of Sligo. Easy walking distance to most attractions. The room is large, spacious.
My most worrying concern for people travelling by car is the limited ability for parking. ONLY 20 PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE. Other than that you have to avail of parking spaces of OTHER HOTELS. Not an appealing thought. The rooms had old style electric heating ability and the food service in the bar leaves a lot to be desired. A €120 charge for one night, WITHOUT BREAKFAST is not what I'd call reasonable. A lot of questions and revamps needs to be thought out.

Staff were great - couldn't have been more helpful and friendly from the lady who checked us in and helped us to get into the spa to the waitress at dinner and the guy at breakfast the following morning. Spa was lovely - spotlessly clean, modern, great sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tub. Food and drinks were good.
Room was clean but on small side. We were stepping around each other when changing for dinner. Shower was very small, but functional. No parking at hotel - had to park in the Glasshouse which is nearby, but not ideal in the rain.

The property was decorated beautifully, very modern with a lovely ambience everywhere around the hotel. Great location, convenient taxi rank outside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask. Bar staff were exceptionally good with great knowledge of drinks and cocktail making skills. The spa which is new was an extra amazing addition to an already exceptional hotel, we were lucky to have it all to ourselves which was even more perfect. The sense of freedom and also safety in the spa and around the whole hotel made it feel like a home from home. The bedroom were cozy, clean and spacious with stunning views of the mountains.
The fact I had to leave.

The rooms were very comfortable. Check in was quick and professional. Yvonne on reception was excellent, friendly and very professional.
The breakfast was nice but the service was slow at times and not well planned for the number of people arriving for breakfast. Some breakfast items were finished and guests had to wait a while for items to be replenished. Not enough plates available, had to ask for more. Took more than 20 minutes to get 2 fried eggs. We felt the price was a bit high compared to other hotels around but will consider staying again if the opportunity arises.

The location is excellent as it is very central to shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel had just opened the day before our arrival due to being totally renovated. The restaurant was not opened for evening meals during our stay but we were able to book local restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. I really want to thank Mary,Melissa,Susanna,Sophie and Sarah the Manager for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
The Hotel had just opened the day before our arrival and some areas still needed to be finished and there was no parking available at the hotel.

Beautiful property in walking distance of the city. Friendly staff - especially the lovely night porter who helped us find the local dominoes! The beds were extra comfy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The steam room was broken in the thermal suite. Gorgeous thermal suite but overpriced for a smaller thermal suite especially when the steam room was broken.

This hotel has been newly refurbished and updated. Facilities and rooms were well equipped, clean and refined. Yvonne at Reception was delightful, really warm and welcoming. Breakfast was adopted, both hot options (eggs, sausages, bacon) and continental spread was delicious. Also visited the Spa, which was incredible and surprising it was so peaceful in the centre of the city.
Everything was lovely.

Lovely newly refurbished building with an amazing central location and a super clean, comfortable room.
The bathroom not having any kind of towel rack/ clothes rack was very inconvenient as there was nowhere to hang towel or clothes when showering. The only type of rack was inside the shower which obviously isn’t usable when showering. The room was also roasting hot which although the beds were very clean and comfortable made it a less comfortable sleep.
