I liked the size of the complex, openness, outside area is huge. Especially good is the number of lounge chairs so you never have to look too hard for a free spot, the staff is professional, especially on the pools and dinner. daily water bottle, the fruit platter, all in all a positive experiance. Breakfast, tasty, a lot of choice.

Negatives: the biggest negative for us was that the hotel has 2 welnesses and both are open for kids, i dont understand why not make the small welness adult only, so at least you would have a quiet relax place. The premium welness is small and not kid apropriate. You only have 2 quiet adoult only hours in the evening and even that was not enforced. The big welness is more kid apropriate. The dinner in opus restourand, main dishes need to be more quality. Steaks were really tough. Missing information .. a note in the room would be great that you change the towels and bathrobes every 3 days. Now the stay is still pleasant. Just it could be more relaxing.

Very stylish hotel, amenities were fantastic, superb for families. So many different swimming pools , saunas etc. Areas for families spa facilities more suited to adults. Soft play and children’s clubs as well as bowling alley and small arcade games . The location with direct access to the lake was perfect. It is a large hotel but we never felt like any part was crowded, even at meal times . Would highly recommend this hotel , staff were very friendly as well .

That was our second time here and I can honestly say that the Opus bistro is exceptional. Both the breakfast and dinner were really delicious. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable.

Multiple sauna’s were out of order or time slot had to be reserved which was not the case during our previous stay. The bowling bar has some other entertainment possibilities (e.g. foosball, air hockey table) which were taken away so the possibilities to have a fun evening there drastically reduced. The inside pools could use some renovations as the tiles are falling off.

The only improvement comment I have is related to the Booking website as it is not clear that in fact there are to hotels, the Azur Premium Hotel (5 stars) and the Azur Hotel. It should be very clear when booking since the two are far from offering the same experience.

Staff in the restaurant didn’t offer anything to drink on the dinner. Had to ask for it. 5-star hotel should have better service. Room wasn’t cleaned and minibar wasn’t filled up for 2 days.

Very lovely hotel! I celebrated my birthday there and was very pleased. Everything was perfect. The staff were amazing and welcoming, I must say! They even surprised me with a birthday platter. Perfect place for a getaway!

Very nice location next to the lake. The property offers many services, the staff is really helpful and the rooms were very nice.

I liked everything during our visit. The food was delicious we ate at both the bowling bar and the Opus restaurant. The wellness facilities were very good. Our room was clean and well equipped.
