The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was joy as I was greeted by Michelle each monring with a big smile. She was able to take of my requests and often would have the table prepared prior to my arrival for breakfast. Checking in and out was easy and room was kept clean everyday.

Nice hotel, located very conveniently across the Aschaffenburg train station. Staff is tremendously friendly and helpful! I recommend this place to people who need to work in this city or want to explore this old town by the river Main.

The mattress was quite hard (for me)

It's very clean. It's also very easy to access from the train station, which also features a very big garage. Close walk to center. Room is sizable and bathroom very clean.

Surroundings of the hotel are a bit "train station", and the decorations in the hotel are very cheesy and weird. However, this and the dated furniture you can anticipate from the pictures, and if you're just after a convenient stay, then that works out well anyways, and that's likely the primary target demographic of the hotel - so I'm fine with that because a renovation would drive up prices obviously. Consequentially, breakfast ingredients are also on the discount side, but then again: I assume that's because they are operating on tight margins, as everything is presented with a weird taste, but with an obvious love for hospitality. Like when you visit your granny who simply has a different style from you (the elevator even has the same perfumed smell of roses that your granny wears).

Location was awesome, few steps from everything. The room was very confortable and the service was great. Cleaness was perfect and the size of the bed was also great.

In somehow the noise from the street can be heard to loud in the room on those weekend nights, that makes it unconfortable, changing the windows for thicker glass would be a good idea. The TV is too old and isnot possible to get it connected to Netflix

Great location across the street from the train station. Although central the room was very quiet and really spacious. The staff were all super helpful. We would stay here again!

located in the center of the city, the train station was right across the street. there was an awesome Turkish bakery across the street a pizza place and another restaurant just across the st across the street. a barber shop next door and lots of seating outdoors. The hotel was lovely, our room faced the street and was large and well appointed. the bed was extremely comfortabl comfortable. we stayed 2 separate nights during our stay and the hotel allowed us to keep our large bag stored on site until we returned for another stay. breakfast was fantastic

The location is great, very convenient, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly. everything was fine, I would definitely back again.

I won’t say I didn’t like it but the breakfast was just meh, I’m glad I didn’t pay for it beforehand as there are lots of really nice coffee places nearby. Again, this is NOT to say that we didn’t like it, we had breakfast there once and it was fine but I would recommend eating out.

The staff were amazing and attentive. A friendly environment, excellent service and an amazing breakfast buffet.
