The facilities are amazing, staff are friendly

I expected food to be of better quality, the location is very isolated

+ Food was good, good enough variety + Alcohol options were good + Big pools, lots of seating options + Friendly and helpful reception + Every night a singer is performing at the dinner + Good view from the room + Big enough room, kinda old, but no mold or major rundown signs

- Janitors make lot of noise during cleaning in neighbouring rooms. - Cleaning quality is not persistent - We found three sockets in the room, and one in the bathroom. All at weird locations - Laundry string in the bathroom is useless due to the humidity, so you dry your closes on the balcony - Extra charge for the safe box - Sometimes guests by the pool play annoying music, so loud they want to be louder than the hotel pool animations and music. I wish the hotel prevented this kind of behavior. - Lots of seating, still people reserve their seat with towels in the morning, but only use the seat at 5 or 6 in the evening. - Could use a little more sun umbrellas.

Having to get up at 7.30 to queue for a sun bed they opened at 8 and people were running with towels ridiculous

This is a beautiful and well-appointed resort. In addition to the delights of the physical space and amenities, the staff are absolutely outstanding. We could not say enough for them, particularly Marta and Sara on the Animation team. Truly everyone we interacted with was incredibly lovely and helpful.

The hot tub wasn't hot. The buffets were plentiful and beautiful, but the food was hit or miss. Still, something for everyone.

We were comparing this to all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. FIrst, there is no tipping expected. This was a nice change. Second the food and drinks were excellent. We always feel like the basic drinks in Mexico and the Carribean resorts are watered down. Not here. They were real and good. Even the beer that was included with the resort was excellent. The buffet was extensive and included nights where they served rabbit and duck. Overall quality of the food was excellent. LOTs and LOTs of chairs by the pool. We never had a problem finding chairs. Umbrellas were less plentiful but we were always able to find one. I know this isn't controlled by the resort but the weather was great!

No room service. Not even if you wanted to pay for it. Not a deal breaker but in other resorts we liked the option. Rooms were clean but dated. Hot water didn't come right away. There were times I had to run all the taps in the bathroom to get water warm enough to shower. We booked reservations at 3 restaurants (that was the limit for our 8 night stay. We didn't enjoy the food at the first one (steak) and cancelled the other 2 reservations. The buffet was so good that we just stuck with the buffet. About 1/3 of the resort is undergoing a renovation but that didn't impact the main resort although it might explain why our experience with the first restaurant wasn't good

Lovely staff at the resort, good food with many vegetarian options, loads of fun activities. Thanks in particular to Lucia, Davinia and Ernesto who were amazing.

We booked a car transfer from the airport and asked for a car seat for our toddler. They took over a month to get back to us about the car seat, and we had to call/email many times. When they finally got back to us, their payment link would not work and although we had paid for the car transfer in advance for both journeys, they refused to help and said they would not bring a car seat or let us pay at the hotel, basically endangering our child’s safety when we were more than happy to pay. We spent hours on the phone and most of the operators were unhelpful. Alicia was particularly rude. Thankfully it was sorted in the end (not thanks to them) after many hours on the phone but it nearly ruined our holiday !

Staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good, the hotel clean and the pool area was so big that you could choose if you want be near the activities and fun or be in the more quiet area by the infinity pool. And the spa was very good, went there for three treatments and wasn't disappointed.

You can hear a bit to much what is happening outside your room, people talking and suitcases being dragged on the tiles. For someone who has a hard time walking the elevators are a bit confusing, floors not labeld properly. For example you don't know were do go to avoid stairs and what floor the pool is in each elevator.

I’m not usually the sort of person to go on an all-inclusive holiday to a resort like this so I was delighted by how pretty the resort was. It never felt crowded, even in half term, and the food was excellent. The staff were so lovely and the entertainment was great, with some talented singers near the restaurant and great family entertainment in the square. You can also wander 2 minutes across the road to the sister hotel for a change of scenery and different entertainment! I highly recommend booking a meal at the grill restaurant, which is part of the deal, and the meat was delicious. Loved it all and am thinking of going again next year.

The staff were amazing and everybody was so kind and helpful. The food was consistently delicious and the infinity pool was a personal favourite! Our rooms were clean, spacious & comfortable and we would recommend this hotel to any family! What a great range of activities too. Suitable for adults and children alike.

The live music was always really loud for the intimate setting. The stage was so close to people sitting and drinking that you couldn't hear yourselves which, if taken down a notch, would be perfect.

Can’t fault anything, the food was amazing, so many options, (I am GF) and there was plenty of options for me daily. Staff were all lovely, and the entertainment was very enjoyable, maybe one thing the man on the mic at the pool sent my tinnitus into orbit very overly enthusiastic, slightly insufferable (really sorry) but the vibe was very chill every other day (too too much) apart from that couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! All inclusive is more than worth it here, amazing time away and will definitely be back.
