All facilities were good. I love that the room is very spacious and clean

The only setback was the breakfast. For the room offered, the breakfast included should be for 2 pax and not one. Quality of the food was normal. Feedback - the hashbrown was fried in a recycle oil. By the yellow colour of the hashbrown and the stain on the plate in addition with the smell, I suspected the oil was earlier used to fry fish or perhaps chicken which was coated with tumeric. Hence the yellow colour. Please look into this matter

Location was excellent (very close to Petronas Towers), bathroom was huge, room was relatively big but a little dated, it was neat and tidy and accessible. Breakfast items are fairly limited but excellent choices of local variety of cultural breakfast, which we found delightfully pleasing and surprising.

The inside of the hotel corridors are exposed outside a little so humidity can be felt.... and the corridors to the rooms / floors looked like a prison camp / corridor. The windows of our room (and all rooms) are not fully blocking out sound (not double glazed), there were noises from early morning some motorcycles and vehicles that could be heard very loud.

Location is Fantastic, Very close to Petronas Tower...1 min walk. Loved the Location. Lots of Greenery and easy access to other locations. Breakfast was good. They had good options and we all enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and supportive. We liked Maya International and will recommend.

Being a 5 Star Hotel, things could have been better. The TV and TV shelf in the room looked old and broken. A curtain or a slide door in the shower would have been better while staying with a family. The flush suction in toilet was sometimes not doing good which causes delay at times.

Strategic location, excellent customer service and helpful staffs during moving luggage and at valet parking. Has both handheld and rain shower. Separated bath tub and shower.

Super single beds will make lots of different compared to single beds. Toilet bowl is the very first thing when sliding the door open..

We love the location and how convenient it is to walk from the hotel to KLCC Shopping Centre, Tapak and nearby food eateries.

About the room, we wished that the bathroom would be much more cleaner and to add some interior decor that gives a warm ambience as it feels too industrial with the slight rusting on the stainless steel backsplash above the sink. The tile grouting within the shower stall and around the bathtub needed a good scrubbing. The bedsheets had a bit of pink stains on them when it should be clean and fresh for the next guests. Overall, thank you to the welcoming and friendly staff of the hotel when we were checking in and also when we left the hotel. They were all friendly throughout.

The hotel is in middle of KL town , so easier to access to all the local hotspots by walking around. Tourist will do prefer this place

The service. The staffs were very welcoming and helpful. Everything was ready before we reached the hotel from our flight.

The lifts. There were no display to mention which floor the lift was currently in. We would just have to press a button and wait for it to come. 4 lifts are available but at night only 2 is available. This is difficult as sometimes it created a big queue in the lobby.

Room space big enough. Love their toilet, got bathtub and the space enough big. The bathtub area can see thru the glass to watch the movie during bath. The TV was adjustable. Restaurant for breakfast was feeling cozy, although the choices not much but it’s very enjoyed.

The room was quite old, but so far still good. At least some of their furniture was updating and good in design. My room was corner unit and nearby the room which housekeeping using and there was store room too, quite disturbing when housekeeping moving / taking some things there, soundproofing not so good.

An exceptional hotel with a futuristic design in a central location. Everything in this hotel is well thought out, including the parking just behind reception. I visited the restaurant and the bar/cafe, both had helpful and friendly staff. The swimming pool and spa area were well set out and enjoyable to use. I would certainly stay here again given the opportunity.

No faults observed during this two night visit.
