The location is perfect, close the National park. But also close to restaurants, 7/11, night market and so on. The staff was very nice and polite. The breakfast was a bit poor, but still okay. The room was clean and nice. The view was stunning! The bed and the pillows was the most comfortable we had had in Thailand and we have been traveling here for more than 10 years and stayed at at least 40 different resorts. If we go back to Khao Yai, we will for sure choose this hotel again. The view from the bedroom was amazing.

The TV in the bed room was not a smart TV.

Room was absolutely wonderful - definitely one of the best rooms we've ever had - loads of space, double aspect windows and a lovely little balcony with views of the mountains - lovely to watch the sunrise over the mountains in the morning. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there was the bonus of a comfortable couch to sit on too. There were even plenty of power sockets, which is quite rare. Staff were really helpful and friendly - the room we should have had was faulty, so we were moved to the next floor up, and the staff helped by bringing our stuff from the other floor. There's also plenty of parking space around the hotel, but unfortunately I've ended up with quite a lot of tree sap on the car from one of the trees - my fault for not noticing it when I parked there. I was very concerned about the breakfast after reading other reviews, so was very pleasantly surprised that the breakfast was actually very good. Admittedly they don't have the huge selection of food we get at the other Fortune we stay at in central Korat, but there was still plenty available and it definitely tasted very good - much better than some places we've stayed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's one of the few places we've been genuinely reluctant to leave.

Nothing not to like - all was wonderful. Only thing that could've improved would have been a bath, but that's just something for the wish list.

The location was good with many bars and restaurants close by. Reception staff and car park security guard very frindly and helpful. Our niece made use of the swimming pool despite the weather being cool for Thailand

The breakfast area was outside and the night we stayed was particularly cold for Thailand. The following morning we got up for breakfsast and it was only 14-15C. The Thai breakfast staff were wearing coats hats and gloves and were clearly un-comfortable because they were cold, we were cold too, we found the one table bathed in sunshine. No fault of the hotel just the cold weather. I would imagine on a normal Thai morning the external breakfast area would be fine refreshing and comfortable

The hotel room was better than expected. It comes with a large living room with 2 sofas & TV, a kitchenette, dinning table, bathroom (separate from bedroom) and a bedroom with dressing table, wardrobe and another TV. As we are a big group of 9 people, we got 2 rooms at level 6 (highest level) and 2 rooms at level 5.

The breakfast was lacklustre with limited spread and slowly cold, probably as the dining area is in open space and weather was cold in December. The flush was not working well but the staff was prompt in resolving the issue.

The room is spacious really clean and neat.Big room and very nice view from the sixth floor. The girl at the reception is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good enough.

room cleaning was not good. there was a cockroach in the shower and a pack of used baby food in a cabinet. i expect more cleanliness from a nearly 2,000 baht per night.

Really good breakfast. Location was quite good and the miuntain view from our room was fantastic.

All the restaurants within walking distance are high end.
