Lovely hotel, you can really see there has been a lot of money spent getting it looking fantastic. Staff were so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I had a spa treatment which was lovely. Breakfast staff were very attentive without being intrusive.

The only downside for me was breakfast. Our breakfast on the Friday morning wasn't great. The hash browns were like cardboard and the bacon was dry. Tinned mushrooms a big no no. The continental selection was lovely though. The one point that really was an issue was having to do your own toast with a household toaster not a commercial conveyor which was situated right by the continental selection. People were not informed that should they want toast with their breakfast it would be wise to cook it before hand as the breakfast was cold by the time the toast was done. The chef on the Saturday was a different chef and it showed in the breakfast we had on the Saturday.

Quite a long walk to the town/beach with a huge hill to walk up so we got Ubers after that and they only cost around £5.

Beautiful hotel. Food was excellent with loads of choice; we enjoyed the Asian fusion dinner menu and the cocktails. Breakfast was both continental help yourself and a hot meal. Again, loads of choice. Our room was large with nice toiletries and plenty of towels. Lovely helpful staff. We really enjoyed the spa - you need to book a time slot when you check in as numbers are limited and you can order cocktails from the pool loungers. Plenty of parking and walking access to Tenby. Recommend.

Guest Wifi was weak and could do with a boost. The spa was great, but the sauna never got more than lukewarm during our stay.

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help you and were very friendly, the use of facilities was on point. The accommodation was clean, tidy and spacious. The location was beautiful and right by the town. My wife had a massage and the lady Tracy was amazing whose advice which treatment would best suit her ailments to the receptionists who would always be so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone and can't thank all the staff for making it an amazing and relaxing place to stay.

The only thing that I could say in a disproving point is the menu was quite pricey.

Great customer service and magnificent breakfast choices and confectionery. Sauna, jacuzzi and relaxing areas are nice as well as the garden area at the back of the building. If sunny, you can get your Vit.D all day long accompanied by either a nice coffe or a beverage from the hotel bar.

Room needs closer attention to details. Wallpaper is lifting in places, bathroom radiator didn't work and there were stains of rust along the wall skirt. Some window paint is peeling and spa robes provided were too small. I noticed other customers with the normal adult size :( Not a big deal for us at the time, but worth looking at.

Wonderful greeting on reception. Lovely quiet room 209. Overlooking garden and some distant country views. Balcony. Tea coffee water and biscuits provided. Great service. Very friendly. Good car parking. Close links to town. About 20 min walk and we walk quickly ! The spa was a nice addition and so cosy in the heated conservatory area. We ordered cocktails which was amazing. Restaurant and bar were totally wonderful. Staff great. Polite abc attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Decor was beautiful.

Bed was ok but a bit lumpy. Getting in and out of bathroom through door was awkward and I’m slim. Shower under powdered and bathroom screen gap meant water leaking out on to floor. But this were all minor and didn’t spoil stay.

The property has lovely restaurant, the room had a nice few at the garden and had a big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. We did enjoy the breakfast in the morning, was lovely buffet and also can order hot food, it was delicious. We also used the spa which was great as when we arrived it was raining a lots. Lovely relaxing day.

The location is not far from the centre to walk to town but wasn’t comfortable to get there with luggage so we would recommend to take a taxi going to the hill. We also find the swimming pool quiet small fir swim and the sauna wasn’t working well but still enjoyed the experience

Breakfast was good and well presented. We were requested to avoid the busy times for breakfast to avoid a long wait. This was not a problem though. Our superior room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were polite and helpful.

The walk into town was too long with steep hills up and down. It took me 30 minutes to walk back. The water pump in our bathroom didn’t work. The water pump in an adjacent room was too noisy and affected our wake-up time. The Wi-Fi access to the internet needed resetting at least every day, which was frustrating.

On arrival the staff were so polite and friendly and made such a fuss of our daughter whose birthday if was. We were kindly given an upgrade on our room due to the celebration which was so thoughtful. The hotel was in a great location, not far from everything we needed for our stay. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the staff serving us were excellent. Again, made such a fuss of our daughter and the service was excellent. Plenty of choice on the menu and fantastic presentation. The spa was small but pleasant. It wasn't busy at all when we used it so nice to have it for ourselves. Breakfast was delightful and again, great service. The room was big for a family room and beds were comfortable. Complimentary robes and towels for the spa were given on arrival and it's open until 7pm Staff were fantastic overall- really do recommend, especially for those with little ones

The indoor pool was cold and the hot tub was luke warm and the sauna not very hot either. We didn't book treatments but the list did look great for next time. The rooms could have been slightly cleaner, just attention to detail as some crumbs on the table and a left over robe tie from previous guest but wouldn't put us off staying again.

Loved the beautiful decor and furniture. The hotel was decorated beautifully, and it felt very welcoming - particularly near Christmas time. The food was delicious and a great variety. Staff were accommodating and very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and a lovely size! Room was clean and again, decorated well. Had a lovely stay here and would be more than happy to return.

There wasn't really anything to complain about. The relatively high-end pricing reflected the quality of food and drink, so as expected. The pool was somewhat on the chilly side but the hot tub definitely helped take off the edge. There was a small stain on the bed sheet, nothing that bothered us much - these things happen. The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit more powerful, but temperature was great.
