We arrived after a long journey from our home in Ontario and were so relieved to be greeted by your amazing friendly staff in the late hours of midnight! The room (#206) was great, bathrooms awesome (My daughter and I shared it and wow, lots of room!) It was clean, the bed was comfy, the temperature was perfect and we were able to adjust it as needed with no problems. The breakfast in the morning was just what we needed to start our day. We do not speak french, but that didn't make communication at all difficult. I hesitated staying in Laval instead of Montreal, but the location of your hotel made getting into the City a breeze. We will definitely be returning and will refer Hampton Inn to our friends.

The breakfast was pretty good. The staff worked hard to ensure everything was fresh and ready. The was a good variety of food. The room was standard. The tv only had cable which was fine as we weren’t there to watch tv but sometimes is nice to watch a little. But cable was a little short on things to watch. The bed was great.

We booked this hotel for a second time in the last few years. The reason for This trip was because we had tickets to illumi so loved that it was so close to it. Also were very pleased tbat the pool closes at 11pm gave us plenty of time to enjoy it even after the illumi tour.

Well located, clean, many accommodations (breakfast, indoor pool), near grocery store, pharmacy and fast-food restaurants, within 10 minutes’ drive from major shopping center (Carrefour Laval). Staff is courteous, attentive and helpful.
