This place is amazing value for money. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, the gardens, the pool area and the seating area, where you can order delicious food, are all beautifully enhanced by the incredible backdrop. Rolling green countryside surrounded by the mountains, it’s just stunning. Yes it’s a little out of town so your own transport would help but I got the shuttle the family offer for 40 baht each way into Pai one late afternoon and was picked up later in the evening when I messaged them. The cottages are in walking distance of Pai Canyon (1km). There is also a beautiful coffee shop (28 November Coffee) 1km up the hill towards Pai with one of the best outdoor seating areas to have a coffee you will find. The staff at the cottages are so friendly and helpful and my whole stay was so relaxing and serene. As a keen walker I was also happy to stroll around the surrounding countryside and one morning I walked the 5km to Tha Pai Hot Springs and walked back again after enjoying the waters. If you are after a bit of peace and tranquillity you will find it here.

Beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains. Very peaceful and relaxing. My cottage was spacious and in such lovely surroundings. The staff are very kind and friendly. We didn't have transport but we could use the shuttle service to get us in and out of town quickly and easily. We enjoyed smoothies on the hammocks every morning. Highly recommend!

It's not in the town but it's within walking distance to Pai Canyon which is well worth a visit. We didn't mind as we chilled by the pool every morning and then the shuttle took us into town. At night we could sleep soundly in the quiet surroundings.

The most beautiful hotel in a stunning location with perfect facilities!! The rooms are beautifully furnished, and having booked the cheapest room available we were so happy with the privacy of the hut and the lovely outside area with a hammock :) The restaurant food was delicious and well priced, and the shuttle service made it very easy to get to and from the town centre. This shuttle service stops at 9, so if you want to return to the hotel later than this simply speak to a taxi service in the town and arrange a time to be taken back - some people have an issue with the location of this hotel and find it difficult to get back without a bike, however we have never ridden a moped and found it easy to get back through other means ie town taxi services. The further-out location is 100% worth it for the stunning views and tranquil peace and quiet, and we very much preferred being away from the centre. All the staff were so sweet and helpful, and we had our room cleaned daily with water replaced too. If you do not have a room with a hammock there is a lovely seating area next to the pool with hammocks instead, so many places to chill and relax! A gorgeous hotel which we will be returning to at every chance we get, we could not recommend it more!! :)

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. We loved the location. It is about 6km from the center of Pai, in the middle of farmland, looking over cornfields and palm trees. The kitchen prepared very nice breakfasts/dinners and very reasonably priced. They have a shuttle service into town at only 40 baht per person as well as free parking for people that rent scooters/cars. The pool is nice and refreshing after a day of exploring. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! Excellent value.

We got a few bug bites while lounging on our porch at night. My advice would be to bring insect replent.

This place is a dream! The owners and staff are so lovely and helpful. We had an issue with the aircon which was fixed within an hour. The owner also helped us with a scooter issue when the lock was jammed, calling the scooter company for us and they came out to fix it. The restaurant food is fresh and delicious. We used the shuttle service in and out of town a fair bit too which was super handy. The room was very clean and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Really chill place about 10 min out of Pai centre you definitely feel like you're in another world. Would stay again and definitely recommend 😁 Thanks guys!

There were lovely views around and plenty of places to sit and enjoy this. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Although shuttle service to and from Pai is offered at 40thb per person, which is a very good price compared to the local taxis. They also kindly arranged a taxi to Pai as we had to leave early in the morning which was 200thb. They nicely reset our room each day, turning down the bed, cleaning the room a bit and providing us with new water in the fridge each day, which is a nice additional touch. Their restaurant area is really nice and all the food we had was so nice and definitely good value for money.

The only notable thing is that their restaurant closes at 7pm, which seems quite early but understandable as the family needs time to enjoy their evening too. I think it could be open a bit later or the closing time could be noted in the booking information, which would be helpful to people if they are arriving later than the closing time.

The property is set in the beautiful countryside, the views are stunning! I loved the swimming pool, but for me, the thing that was wonderful, the staff! I think the staff are just fabulous! The lady in the kitchen, I have forgotten how to spell her name, but she was so lovely, and I will miss her. Thank you

I suppose the only draw back for me, as I didn’t have a motorbike, was the distance from town, but that made where it was more special. I was given a lift into town and back numerous times, without any problems. Also I was told about a lovely walk to Pai, 1.5 hours, but through the beautiful countryside. ❤️❤️

We had such an amazing time at KuadKhon Thoe Pai Cottage. The staff were all so lovely and friendly and were always smiling and making sure we were okay for everything. There is a lovely pool overlooking the view and the food served was delicious. We got breakfast and dinner there and enjoyed both. It is about a ten minute drive from the town but there is a taxi service from the hotel that they provide at a low fee. It is also in walking distance to Pai Canyon. We actually loved the location as we found it was away from the business of the town and was much more peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

A beautiful, quiet location with wonderful mountain views. We had a very warm welcome from the staff who cooked up a delicious meal for us on arrival and continued to be extremely helpful during our stay.All very reasonably priced too including the beer and wine. The property is located far enough from the town to feel rural and peaceful. The gardens are a joy to stroll through along the raised walkways. Along the way you see organic fruits, herbs and vegetables growing, all carefully tended to, it is immaculate. You can see how much love and care goes into the maintenance of the place. This is something we really appreciated. Our room on the first floor was fresh and very clean with great views and a balcony to sit on plus the novelty of an outdoor bath (though there is a shower in the bathroom inside also). Walking is a joy from this property, the caves very close by with many roadside restaurants along the way. The quality of the food is excellent, don’t be put off by the basic nature of these little establishments, it was such fun stopping and sampling their offerings enroute, absolutely delicious. Would recommend a visit to the hot springs and the charming owner was very happy to organise a taxi for this which didn’t cost much and also a private taxi for a longer journey to Pai at the end of our visit. This place is far nicer than Pai though ! Last but not least, the breakfasts were beautifully presented with fresh berries and other fruits on offer daily alongside a choice of eggs, rice bowl etc to eat outside in the garden. Do ask about the slightly hidden path that crosses through the back of the garden - it’s a lovely track and if you turn right at the end of it, it will take you to a beautiful temple. Wish we had booked for longer.

Amazing hotel, comfortable beds compared to a lot in Thailand, daily cleaning, lovely spacious cottage. Pool and surroundings were amazing and it was nice and quiet. Staff were also so lovely and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely too - recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to go back one day!

Only thing we found was it was quite far out, wasn’t an issue for us as we had a bike, but if you wanna go to town then you need a bike. Hotel offers a taxi service to take you into town for 40 bht each which is really handy, but it’s only till 9pm and we got stuck one night when we didn’t have our bike as taxis seem non existent in pai. This isn’t hotels fault of course but just so others are aware of location. Can’t fault anything on the hotel at all!
