The breakfast was very good. There were a lot of selections of hot and cold foods. The room where it was served was very pleasant. The woman who cooks the food and puts it out did an excellent job of keeping everything filled. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was easy to get to and near a lot of fast food restaurants and some stores. The room was clean.

When we checked in, the front desk person was not there. I rang the bell, but still no one came. He eventually came off the elevator. He did apologize. I understand that sometimes they have to walk away from the desk, but I suggest that they put up a sign if they have to leave. There were a couple of cracked tiles on the bathroom floor. The beds were too soft for people with bad backs.

The premise and room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed for 1 night on two different days. Breakfast was good and warm, loved the open tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The TV was not working in our room, but the staff came to check immediately and got the maintenance staff right away.

An electric car charger on premise would be helpful. Just inspecting the rooms when cleaning the rooms between guests and repairing things before assigning them to the next guests would be great. One of the beds was very squeaky and the toilet paper holder was dangling in our room. I think there should have some rooms with 2 queen beds as well. But we were still happy with our stay and staff. 🙂

When I first checked in (Christmas day) I discovered the bolt lock wasn't working properly. Josh, an off-duty maintenance guy who happened to be there, came right away to fix it. That led to another door issue, which he also fixed, and quickly.

The bathroom mirror lights weren't bright enough. They were more like warm room sconces than lights needed to apply makeup (or shave).

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. The 2nd floor room was quiet. I heard no noise while in my room . The hot breakfast was really nice. I appreciate the pristine condition and quality of the linen and bedding. A+++ I have stayed several times THrough out the upgrade of this hotel. The rating has definitely gone up several stars. I would stay again.

Nothing was wrong. Excellent stay .

Everything was great except for the complementary breakfast.

The breakfast needs improvement. The sausage patties and sausage links were not fresh. The french toast and waffles were chewy and though. We observed guest having the same response to the breakfast as ours.

Breakfast great-Location right were we needed to be to do what we wanted to do.

Had to change room due to ants also checking in. The room switch was done smoothly and we thank the management for taking care of the problem.

Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was great.

Only thing that wasn't perfect were the vending machines because they didn't take a debit/credit card as designed but that's not the hotels fault it's the vending machine company's. The hotel staff made it right with us and gave us some juice from the breakfast area, even though it's not their responsibility and that was greatly appreciated.

Perfect location for us as our friends and relatives live nearby. Clean room.

The laundry room was not available and the gym could use some new equipement.

Biggest complaint - I arrived after dark and there were no lights on the front of the building which sits in a dark corner of the mall. I was completely unfamiliar with the area and had a few anxious moments looking for the hotel!

Friendly staff. A bed to sleep and a shower to use. The breakfast was good. That’s really all I required and they did that.

There was no visible sign at night to find it. GPS took me right to it so it’s not a big deal.
