The shuttle bus from the airport is very convenientfor a tired traveller, and at a good price. The hotel looks classy and the views on the city are beautiful. Also the onsen bath has amazing views, with hot and cold tubs and a sauna. The onsen is separate for men and women. Children are allowed, swimsuits are not. Location of the hotel: close to train stations but also to a low-rise island with a rose garden. A 30-min walk to Osaka castle. Lawson shop is just downstairs.

The only thing we did not like was the breakfast buffet: the buffet area is cramped, and the staff did not know how to improve the situation. They were passive. The seating area is even too spacious, with huge tables, but you cannot access the food.

City views and window seat in room, laundry facilities with real-time information on your machine and ability to set a pin so only you can open it when it's done. Open air infinity onsen.

Several guests did not use the onsen correctly - not washing before entering the baths, going in with swim suits or not removing their shoes at the door. The hotel should include clear instructions in each room and at the entrance to the onsens - not just giving a brief explanation during check-in.

I had an outstanding stay! The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, and the services were truly exceptional. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, making my stay all the more comfortable. What stood out the most was the breathtaking view of the city—it was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to my experience. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

Amazing. We stayed on what I believe was the 5th day it was open so there were some front desk kinks to be worked out (they were actively training staff) but the property itself was out of this world. Great view, clean, and the sky-view onsen?? My God, stunning. Try to bathe at night!

I only realized when an onsen cleaning person was sniffing around me a suspiciously long time after my bath that tattoos might be prohibited (I have a very conspicuous half sleeve). I looked it up after the fact and found that tattoos are not welcome. That’s on me for not checking- I still got to enjoy my bath but it is disappointing for a hotel as modern and expensive as this one to still be so stuck in the past.

The sky spa is excellent! The night view from our room on the high floor is magnificent. Hotel lobby on the 17th floor very grand and can tell from the detail hotel room use quality material for everything like the kettle is Delonghi hand drip kettle so satisfied and we enjoyed the stay so much.

Just the hotel not located in the central of attraction like Dodonbori but hotel is near metro station.

Hotel Room was clean and comfortable. Bed very comfy. Staff at reception were welcoming and helpful. Onsen was beautiful.

Dinner buffet was TERRIBLE. I've never written that in a review before but it was. Looked like left over bits of good that was lukewarm. Staff ignored us on entry. Surly teenager eventually told us we sit where we wanted. Strangest felt like school dinners with dinner tickets and people " bagging" seats. Strangely food presented at. Breakfast would have been suitable for dinner. Some of the food was nice but not 5 star!! No bar open but you could pay £20 to use the lounge! We just wanted one drink before dinner so that wasn't worth it.

Loved the sky spa, views, and breakfast. Beautiful room and property. Staff was friendly. Everything is brand new.

Location is good but not great. One stop from Umeda or 15 minute walk. 5 minute walk to the subway. In Kitashinchi which is full of tasty izakayas and soba places but not exactly family friendly (drunk salarymen, hostess clubs, lots of smoking in the local restaurants).

Location was great, excellent onsen. Sauna at 85C. Hot pool, cold pool. Room was nice and comfortable, with enough space for 2 people and their bags.

The only thing negative would be that significant light came through the edges of the curtain. I had to wear an eye mask. Proper black out curtains would be more ideal for a hotel of this caliber.

Difficult to find the building entrance. You have to go to the end and the the left to 17th floor for the reception.

All the services are great- breakfast, room (specially the view); staff very friendly; great location
