The rooms were quite cramped which is fine for a short stay but could be problematic for more than a few nights You can hear EVERYTHING in the corridors and the walls are VERY thin so you can hear people in the next room We had to knock on another guests' door at 2am because he was blasting music out so loud, we couldn't sleep. Because it's not a 24 hour reception, we had to address the situation ourselves

We loved the pool area. It was very comfortable. The view was lovely and the pool was great for a cool down and relax. It was handy having a bar by the pool. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable with lovely linen. There was a family of cats on site and we enjoyed their company. It was a 5-10 minute walk (depending on speed) to the shop and restaurants. The manager Xenia was very helpful with any queries and was able to help us when we needed. We appreciated being able to stay by the pool until we left for our plane home. A lovely stay.

The bathroom was small and the shower has no door which meant the bathroom got soaked.

We stayed here for five nights at the premier apartment with hot tub. We really enjoyed our experience, it was clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfy, the shower was epic and the outside area was lovely to be in. All the staff were kind and helpful throughout and generous enough to let us check out late as we had some time between our next move. The town itself is lovely and we left feeling relaxed and happy. Would definitely recommend the Ionian as a place to stay.

The location is stunning. Watching the serene sunrise light up your room in the morning is an experience you cannot make up. It was pure magic. The South of the island is quiet and almost hidden from most tourists.

The facilitates of the room were more dated than what is photographed. Some of the wall skirtings were old and flaking off, and the shower is quite cramped. Reception does not open until 10 am, so be sure to plan your day accordingly if you need staff assistance.

It was our second time staying here and will be back. Location is great close to shops and restaurants, but quiet at night. The room was modern and had great amenities; kitchen area with fridge, hob and microwave, bed was super comfortable and great AC. The pool is the best part; really nice with loads of beds and an amazing bar. The staff were really nice and made our stay super easy including booking airport transfers.

Even before our arrival we were contacted and greeted by the wonderful staff and the communication was great customer service,made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. As we arrived and saw the view we instantly got goosebumps! The room was no disappointement neither,good size very clean, we loved the kitchenette, so handy! Our room was on the ground floor with terrace and sea view and we loved it. We spent lot of the time by the pool which felt like little hidden paradise with the beautiful palms and flowers, daily there were enough free sunbeds and no “towel reservations” by the guests. The pool bar is only a bonus. Next time I would love to try the spa treatments and massages for sure.

We loved this hotel and spa, the location was great, local restaurants, beach. But what makes this hotel fabulous and stand out, is the staff, they are exceptional, if you are lucky enough to stay here you must try the spa services, the massage is amazing well worth a visit, Xenia the manager is a credit to the business. We will for sure be returning.

I spent a day at the Ionian eye, and despite the brief stay, I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, modern rooms, and friendly staff. The room was modern and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and alovely view of the surrounding area. The hotel's location was also convenient, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Although Ididn't have time to enjoy the hotel's amenities, the pool and spa center looked well-maintained and inviting. Overall, I would recommend the Ionian eye for a short stay, but I wish I had more time to fully appreciate its offerings.

Everything was perfect, from the facilities to the location. The staff went above and beyond to help. We had a massage at the on site Spa which was incredible. The service overall from Reception, Spa and Serene Bar was excellent. Couldn't think of a better place to spend our anniversary. Absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back. Thank you all so much.

Absolutely nothing!

The sea view from the room is beautiful, the swimming pool is very nice. Nice location, close enough to walk to the restaurants, taverns and shops, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The cleaning of the room was not the best, or up to a standard you would expect for this price point. The room is starting to show signs of being rundown.
