Needed to have a place to stay with my mom the day of in Seattle. Luckily I saw this one and thought it was priced well for the time of high season. It’s a nice place. It felt like sharing an airbnb with other people. The house may look small from the front but there are many other rooms going through the whole house. Shared a bathroom with one other room, but was not bad at all. Clean room, bathroom, and kitchen too.

Only small thing was a place to put my shampoos in the shower, like a small ledge. There was already a shampoo and body wash dispenser mounted to the wall so I was able to put my small shampoos on there. I like to not have it on the ground. But besides that nothing!

It's quite, clean and comfortable as the name suggests. Very nice shampoo and body wash! The bed is large and comfortable, clean sheets as well. The shared kitchen is modern with a large fridge and ample utensils. The free coffee was perfect, better than what we had in a nearby breakfast place. The self check in instructions were easy to follow. I had read a review about the window curtains not blocking morning light, but ours was perfect! Infact I want to buy something like that for my home. The hammock gift was very nice and made me smile, not many hotels do that.

The place was very clean and well located. The kitchen was very well equipped with a fridge and microwave. The place was very close to the Northgate shopping centre as well as having good access to the main freeway.

I found the check in was a bit difficult as the details for the passwords are released too late. The night before would be better. It is recommended dead you call the owner before arriving. I was lucky as another tenant assisted me.

It was ready when I arrived. It was quiet. The other guests I encountered were very nice. I didn’t need the kitchen, but it was nice to have it with dishes available.

I received the final email and text while I was driving to the house and did not have time to read it before I arrived. I did not know how to check in or get my keys. Would have appreciated getting those messages the night prior.

The house is located in a quiet location and at the same time a few minutes by car to the train station and supermarket. Trouble-free check-in, excellent communication, timely information for check-in. Parking right in front of the house. The house is excellently furnished, a large well-equipped kitchen, everything is here. Everything was clean, including the common areas. The room was small, but functionally furnished. The bathroom is spacious and nice, including a shower. I really appreciate the hand shower. Lots of storage space in the closet. Good working wifi. Nice gift on arrival. Comfortable bed. The price-performance ratio is very good.

There could be more seating, more tables, better use of the free space in the kitchen. The room was oriented to the east. It warmed up quickly in the morning and it was impossible to stay in it. There were no black out curtains. There was no air conditioning, but at least we got a fan. Limited number of electrical sockets in the room. A part of them was hidden by the bed. The house has 8 rooms, sometimes you could hear the sound from the other rooms.

Cleanliness was great. Room was comfortable and cool. Had heater but I did not need it.

Kitchen hours. One of the other guests was quite loud in the very early hours and woke me up at like 4-430am two days in a row. Also a hamper to put dirty towels in would have been nice.

The room was very clean and the kitchen was really nice. The staff gave great instructions on how to check in.

We didn't realize before coming that it did not have many pots/pans to cook with. So that was sort of a bummer when it came to making food. We would have brought our own if we knew.

Room and bathroom were very nice, and access to outdoors was lovely. Nice to support local family.

Water from the shower floods the bathroom floor. Shower pan needs to be deeper, or a taller edge.

Great location near the city and great atmosphere with place. 11/10 would recommend. Better than renting with a hotel!!

No TV in room but a target is 5 mins away and you can buy a cheap tv for $100-$200 and return it within the 30 days. (lol)
