Room was clean and comfortable, and pretty quiet despite facing a busy highway. It's super close to the park -- one of the closest, I think -- great for an early start on a long hike! They had a solid breakfast for the price -- real waffles, plus normal continental breakfast offerings like toast/pastries/yogurt/juice/coffee, all good quality. We had to check in very late after other sleeping arrangements fell through, but the rate was extremely reasonable and the checkin process was efficient and pleasant.

The pillows were mediocre, but that's a pretty common value hotel issue, so I don't actually hold it against them -- just keep it in mind if that's a thing you're sensitive about.

location was close to the arches. national Park. also close to short trip into Moab by car less than 5 minutes.

there was only one light in the bathroom and when you turned that on the vent also came on and it was very loud the entire time you were in the bathroom and you could also hear it out in the bedroom. also this was the second place where the ice machine was not working. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful since I had accidentally overbooked and helped me navigate a refund. The pool was closed for the season so we feel that when that happens there should be a reduction in price. of course. we were also experiencing unseasonable warm to hot weather.

The location was perfect for us. We wanted to go the Canyonlands NP and the Arches NP, so the location was very convenient. Also, we went to a Rock Store by the hotel and other souvenir shops - pretty much everything you wanted to go is a few minutes car ride.

Nothing really to complain about this place - it was clean and good value for the money.

Moab Gateway Inn is a nice budget hotel in a great location. Much more economical than other hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was simple (donuts, bagels, cereal, waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee) but satisfactory.

Only one set of towels (washcloth, hand towel bath towel) was provided in the room but there were two people on the reservation.

The price was amazing and the room was a good size. Everything worked as expected. The breakfast was also good and they had most everything you would expect at a hotel breakfast.

The shower and bathroom could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal, especially considering the price we paid for it.

It was really close to Arches NP. Our room was tidy and it had everything we needed. Breakfast options were decent, but the breakfast room was very small and crowded.

Bathtub has been re-glazed or painted and it was peeling. Tub bottom was very slippery and I slipped getting into the tub. Thankfully, I was not hurt too badly.

Breakfast was simple and convenient. There were 2 waffle irons .that worked very well! Good coffee, but the creamer was powder. Nonetheless it was good! The cleanliness was exceptional. Sheets were crisp and the mattress was comfortable. Front staff was great! Very polite and friendly.

The bead spreads need updating. Real half an half as a coffee creamer would be good.

This is my favorite hotel in Moab. It’s quiet, convenient to downtown and Arches (less than 5 min!!), clean, the staff are very nice, easy to park. I have nothing negative to say. I love this place.

The Moab Gateway Inn perfectly met our expectations. It was accurately described and was comfortable, clean, and easy. Standard fare really, but would definitely stay there again.

The Moab Gateway Inn isn't 10/10; it was budget friendly though. It was as described- don't expect the hilton.

The value for the money Plus it was great to have breakfast included in price

The front desk staff was in a bad mood. He was unfriendly and unwelcoming.
