Everything was perfect. the view was breathtaking, the facilities, food, very clean and modern room. I celebrated my birthday at NG . The did everything to make my day!. Free dinner at A la cart, free room upgrade, free room decoration. Thank you so much to Oksana and the rest of the team. I will definitely come back to this paradise again !

the water slide the longest one wasn’t safe for me , unfortunately it hits my back and I couldn’t enjoy the rest of my vacation. I’m still hurting, the pain is a nightmare . But I will definitely come back to NG again and again.

A very high class hotel Excellent service . Really delicious food and a selection of drinks.

One major and incomprehensible problem. The air conditioner in the room only worked for heating and it was not comfortable to sleep at night. I asked to change the air conditioner to cooling and was told that the air conditioner is central throughout the hotel and I should open the balcony door so that air can enter. I couldn't understand the logic. in every hotel I've been till today, the air conditioner has always been able to change heat or cold according to my mood.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Will Definitely Return! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. There are plenty of restaurant options on-site, and every meal I had was absolutely delicious. The facilities were top-notch — from the tennis courts to the game center, everything was high quality and well-maintained. I truly loved my stay here, and without a doubt, this will be my go-to hotel for all future trips to Antalya.

The only minor disappointment was that I paid extra for a sea view room, but the view from my room was mostly of the forest, with just a small glimpse of the sea. Still, this didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

There was a huge amount to like about NG Phaselis and I could write a mini essay here. Limiting myself to some bullet points: 1. Arrival: we were greeted at the airport and transferred in a lovely luxury MB shuttle with comfortable seats, drinks and snacks. It's sets exactly the right tone for what you will find at the hotel... 2. Check-in: you are allocated an assistant for your stay with whom you can pose any question through the hotel App which turns out to be extremely useful. Check in formalities are done with a glass of champagne and strawberries dipped in chocolate, further setting the scene for what is to come... 3. Room: we were travelling with children (9yrs and 12yrs) and had an interconnecting room which worked brilliantly. The room was very clean, in excellent condition with comfortable beds and strong shower and a mini-bar that was endlessly topped up. 4. Food: Incredible. There are several restaurants some of which are extra cost, but just limiting comments to the main 'buffet' restaurant... Amazing presentation. Amazing variety. Freshly prepared and delicious. Breakfast, lunch and supper. A real highlight of the stay and very difficult to eat sensible quantities! 5. Facilities: Superb. A fabulous spa which we used a lot. Lovely outdoor pool with lots of loungers which even have their own call button for a waiter. Nice beach with pontoons so you can enter the water where it is deep enough to swim - excellent idea. A water park which the kids will love. Little bars and eateries all over the place - you will never want for food or drink. Plentiful towels. 6. Staff: discrete, helpful, friendly. Always someone on hand to help. Everyone was excellent but I would single out our assistant Darina as being brilliant while waiters Ersin and Ali Kadir were outstanding. 7. Cleanliness: the hotel is not just clean, it is obsessively clean. Everywhere. I could go on.

Very few negatives and all a bit nit-picking really but for the sake of completeness: 1. While the mini-bar was topped up relentlessly, room service itself was a little random and didn't happen on all days. It didn't worry us; 2. Room air-con: with the outside temperature in the high-teens the a/c didn't seem to know what to do and was either too hot or too cold. We just turned it off and all was well; 3. Noise: on two nights there were corporate events that produced quite intrusive noise up to midnight. I 'had a word with management' and they explained that these were very much the exception and when the weather is better (ie: summer) any events are held outside, so would be much less intrusive. Fair enough.

Location, beautiful mountains, clean sea, lots of trees, stylish design of the hotel, new facilities, very helpful and friendly staff, very good cocktails in a bar near the main pool, good photographers, very good coffee at a patisserie, plenty of sun beds.

In lots of modern hotels they use tiles which heat resistant, the floor usually stay cool near the pool area, but in this hotel the floor near the pool area is slippery and was very hot that you can’t walk without shoes. Food in the main restaurant was ok, but quite boring and simple without thematic experience, it was almost the same every day, but always good choice of fresh fish and meat. Very boring children shows: magic show and clowns show, very basic, last year in a different hotel it was much more interesting.

Everything besides room accommodation

There was problem with accommodation. When I booked Deluxe Room Sea View there was choice of twin beds. I went with my friend. But actually there is no one Deluxe Sea View Room has twin beds in it. They offered us another room with twin beds on third floor that was low ceiling and less area (30 sq. m, we booked 42 sq. m) and bad view to the Sea. We refused. At the and they placed us Deluxe Sea View Double Room and put one single bed in. So we had one double bad and one single bad. I would ask Sales Department to change to the information that there is no Deluxe Room Sea View with bed choice, just Double

We stayed at the hotel for a 4-night summer holiday with our family, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel truly special. We were assigned a personal assistant who supported us throughout our stay and was always available when needed. The mobile application was incredibly convenient, allowing us to follow the daily programs and get instant responses to any questions we had. The children’s play area was very safe and thoughtfully designed with kids in mind, which gave us great peace of mind. Our room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped. There was a wide variety of food options, including both open buffet and à la carte restaurants, catering to every taste. The hotel provided everything we could possibly need—even a stroller for our baby. Evening entertainment was enjoyable for both children and adults, offering something fun for everyone. Despite the large number of guests, the hotel’s spacious layout ensured that no area ever felt crowded. We never had to wait for anything. The pools and beaches were very pleasant, and the sea was calm, clean, and ideal for children. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We felt genuinely cared for and will definitely recommend this hotel to other families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The food was great. Our room was so beautiful and the activities they had to engage our little ones. I really enjoyed my stay!
