very helpful and kind staffs, good breakfast and spacious room! it has nice ocean view and we enjoyed a lot just walking around the resort. it was pity that we couldn't use the outdoor pool because of the season but we could have enjoyed indoor pool with our little boy. The resort is just next to the hoshino resort and we spent some time at their Cafe which has a great view and comfy seats. we'd love to visit again in nice season with family!

It was very pity that they don't speak well English. facilities are old and poor a little bit. it's isolated, so you always need to use car to go somewhere. but you can find good restaurants and supermarket in 10mins.

1) Hotel location is superb - next to the scenic Yomitan coast. Waking up to a picturesque view of the coast is amazing 2) Excellent staff service - even though language /communication seems to a problem, but they have do what it takes to understand you & meet your requests 3) Room, beds, bathtub & amenities are excellent 4) Buffet breakfast spread is huge , albeit more expensive - there are a few lunch/breakfast/dinner options around the hotel area, but need to walk or take a bus

Accessibility to the resort is a bit tricky - after much research - if you are not driving, the most cost effective & direct way of accessing is taking the Airport Limousine bus from Naha Bus Terminal or Naha Airport. Takes about 1 hr to reach the resort

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious, with very comfortable beds and an amazing bathroom that even included a luxurious bathing area. The beach, pool, and entire surroundings exceeded our expectations, and we are already planning to return. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage, which was perfectly executed and left us completely satisfied. A great bonus was the nearby Banta café, along with a few other delightful spots like Caprice Bar for beer, Sanpuku Chabo with excellent tea and desserts, and a wonderful soba restaurant. We had an unforgettable time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

The hotel has a bit of an old-fashioned charm, but the rooms could benefit from some minor refreshing to feel more updated. It’s a place with potential, but a little renovation would make the stay much more enjoyable

Wow what a find! This ended our trip in Japan and we wanted a little R&R… and we got it here! Super fabulous… my daughter and I loved the massage we had, the wellness pool was so relaxing… right on the beach where you can take part in sports activities and the room we had gave the most spectacular sunset! I’m not sure how but the price we paid was nowhere near what it is shown to be…! So we lucked out!

The meals/restaurants let this hotel down. But that depends on what you’re looking for. There are many, but one was completely shut. One (the lounge) was our vibe but opens 11am until 6pm? We found that so strange! The other restaurants were super posh… with no one in them… we were happy to go super posh but not by ourselves! The buffet restaurant was lovely, but by far the most expensive meal we had in 2 weeks in Japan! So we didn’t go back. We strolled to a local pizza place one night but that was purely to feed our bellies, I wouldn’t exactly recommend it. And then we strolled to another local cafe which had a burger to die for! But again that was a lunch bite. So we ended up eating in our room at night… we just felt lost on an evening with nowhere to go!

The location is right on the beach. They have one big pool and a small kids pool, during our stay it was never crowded and the chairs were free to use. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of options and the French toast was really good! I recommend you get there early and plain. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Really far from the city, you’d definitely want to rent a car. Food options is not that many and if you want something other than you have to walk about 10-15 mins outside but everything closes around 1900. But a very nice vacation if you just want to get away.

European "Grand Hotel" -like architecture. (Marble floors,arched hallways,tile,etc)Comfortable bed.Excellent buffet restaurant where I ate 3 healthy and delicious meals a day for 3 days-and never tired of the food. Wonderful staff.Beach was long and nice,with calm water for swimming .Saw many fish,including large ones. Very large ,very attractive outdoor pool .The much smaller indoor pool seemed mainly for very young children. Speedy elevators. This hotel is comparable to 4.5/5.0 star hotel in Hawaii. And gives much better value.

No gym. Pool and beach close early(4:30) which apparently is normal on the island. Need to make reservations to eat at the buffet restaurant-which apparently is customary in Japan. On weekends the popular dining times were all taken.

The beach is stunning and pools are great, especially for families. The shops are especially good and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer good choice. The indoor communal areas are cool and calming and the hotel is a short walk from 'Gala' where there are restaurants, a dive shop and glass blowing activities and craft shops.

Being a Japanese hotel, English wasn't widely spoken. There was no tour desk which could have helped with organising excursions. Taxis around the island are expensive so do get an international driving licence if you can hire a car. Housekeeping often came when our children were napping. They left a note asking us to call them but this system didn't always work and some days our room wasn't cleaned. Travelling with two small children, we would have appreciated it if Housekeeping could have cleaned our room in the mornings to allow our children to nap later but their schedule seemed to be fixed.

We were very disappointed with the behavior of the waiter who let the guests to the restaurant for breakfast. The last day we rushed to the plane and needed breakfast quickly. He did not want to go to the restaurant arrogantly, although it was far from full. He let many guests wait in front of the restaurant. And in the reminder that we are flying a plane, he said we don't have to break breakfast !!! I have never experienced such arrogant behavior, and such staff makes a great shame of the hotel.

Would recommend this hotel for the view it was amazing, clean towels & linens every day, room size was spacious, comfortable beds, the locals food choices were exceptionally delicious, authentic and safe

Wouldn't recommend the hotel for cleanliness, floors and carpets were very dirty, continous nauseous perfum scent, food wasn't included, food was very expensive with no affordable choices had to walk far approx. 20mins. away from hotel to local restaurants for lunch and supper, meals to find affordable meals, had to skip breakfast all together no restaurants were open for breakfast. Basic water bottles for room were too small, not enough to last a full day, our toilet wasn't functional on arrival, front desk staff seemed annoyed when we asked for someone to fix the toilet situation but once they found a plumber it was quickly fixed and functioned the remainder of our stay!

Nice beach with an stunning view, the Hotel is big and you have plenty of options to eat and do while you stay there

On the area there ar not much things to do, this is of course not a fault on the hotel, Just to be prepared that you will mostly stay on the hotel and surrounding areas are mostly rural. This also gives the place a very nice set and an empty and quiet beach
