The room was clean, and we had all the things that we needed, and upon request to be moved to a different room due to the aircon not working the staff and team were quick to assist us. Location was very close to the beach and the malls as well as restaurant. We were allowed to braai our own meat and the staff provided with all the utensils we requested and they were very helpful.

The bar is way too expensive compared to buying drinks from the supermarket. I believe this is an area that they can revisit and improve on.

The open and friendly attitudes of the staff. The assistance they provided to make our stay even more worthwhile. The amenities like the swimming pool the bar the pool table and close proximity to the beach.

Absence of a microwave to heat up left over food. The sense of having to mention to the cleaners to clean under bed and move the coach to clean as well as on top of cupboard. Dust effects me as an asthma sufferer.

The steel chair in my room, it is not comfortable. After a long drive, sitting on it hurts the back even more. Im not a fan of buffe meals, but it was ok.

The room and settings

The fact that there is no lounge or seating area outside of the room. You almost had to go to the dining lobby for relaxation, which didn't offer privacy and private moment.

Everything. The staff is great and the fooood or my gosh,u can even order room service at the cost of course. The place is comfy and super clean.

The electric plugs are too far,I wish they had plugs next to the bed.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, place was clean and accomodating.

They don't provide microwaves in the room. And my room had a bath tub and I prefer a shower. Beside that I enjoyed my stay

Staff members were so welcoming, the receptionist and the cleaners were friendly, help were in the restaurant made us feel at home .

The bathroom must have handles outside to close them.

Everything was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay, swimming pool, braai area and our rooms were clean with comfortable beds.

The property met my expectations and will definitely come back, there was nothing wrong.
