Lovely hotel with a lovely pool area complete with jazuzzi, sauna etc. The room was spacious, clean, fridge and super shower! I enjoyed the restaurant whereby dining alone did not feel uncomfortable as all the staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. I was very impressed that the staff spoke multiple languages & really spent time with the guests to get to know them. It felt personal and welcoming despite only being there for one night. I will definitely like to return to spend more time here.

I liked all that this hotel had to offer - just to say that the entrance is down what looks like a wide alleyway, park on the left side of the hotel which is bigger. I forgot to close the windows so the bells at 06.00 were a bit of a surprise!

The evening Menu was excellent, well prepared and presented - and of course tasty! The room was comfortable.

The hotel was advertised as a Wellness/Health spa - an in my previous visits there, this had been the case (the sauna, steam room etc had been available). On arrival I was advised that only functioning part was the pool and jacuzzi (both excellent). If I had known this before booking, I would have, most likely, chosen somewhere else.

They say that a hotel is all about the people, because even in the most beautiful place with terrible service you won't feel at home. The staff of this place is wonderful, you feel so safe and calm. Very comfortable hotel in the village of Gangelt; delicious meals at restaurant on the ground floor, as well as in the nearby at least 3 spots are very close; free parking and a power station for e-cars; free wifi into the room; continental breakfast included; professional staff

The structure was very nice and the location was off the road for peace and quiet. A restaurant is within, therefore, you did not need to go far. I appreciated the surroundings as I did a lot of exploring in the area. Wonderful greenspace to breath and unwind.

A Fan would have been nice as a standard room room feature however, upon asking, a fan was provided and that made a difference in comfort during the summer months.

The breakfast was incredible. Great choice of both savoury and sweet food. The reception staff were really kind and attentive. Bed was comfortable and the room in general was great.

not the hotel's fault, but some very rude and noisy guests ruined my rest for a few hours at night.

The gentleman at the reception at check-in was also serving us for dinner, for breakfast and did the check out as well. He was amazing, very little English but lots of smiles and kindness. The wellness area is great, good size pool, fantastic sauna. Jacuzzi water could be a little warmer for our taste, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable.
