Easy to enter, room was nicely equipped.
Used the parking recommended by Sonder, $20 a day with in and out privileges. I checked in paid for parking and then left to pick up my friend from the airport. When I got back the parkade was full and we had to park BLOCKS away and drag all our luggage back. After I had already paid $20 for overnight parking. When I informed the staff they were super unhelpful and basically said it wasn’t their problem because the parking was run by someone else (despite the facility recommending it). It was pretty annoying to end up paying $20 for 30 minutes of parking and get zero compensation despite asking the staff to refund my parking.

- Nice and modern hotel in the heart of Ottawa - With gym, gaming machines, nice chillout rooms and a lot of space in general - Well equipped apartment with kitchen - Very kind staff who were always eager to help
- Parking in an underground garage for 20 CAD. - Our apartment was on the same floor as the reception and it was always pretty loud until late evening/night since you could hear loud talking near the elevators

Keypad entry all went well, even from the underground parking lot. Room with kitchen was perfect. I prefer no maid service, so this suited me, everything worked, all the appliances, etc. Good location, even for going down to parliament. Elevator was always quick. App explained things in detail, had to look up how to turn the heat down and it was all there in the app with good instructions.
Limited counter space around the single sink in the bathroom to put personal toiletries and hair dryer, curling iron, etc.

amazing location, brand new facilities, beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. definitely worth the price!
sofa bed has bed bugs. =( before I check in I specifically asked for clean set of bed sheet, comforter and pillows…. we couldn’t sleep the first night due to bed bugs. we complained, staff was very nice and give us partial refund . also change whole set of liners. they handled our complaint 5 star.

We stayed in a one-bedroom unit with a pullout couch, and it was everything we hoped for. Immaculately clean, thoughtfully furnished, and clearly well cared for. The location couldn’t be better, right next to the Canadian Museum of Nature, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The bed was so comfortable, I honestly slept better than I do at home. Pillows galore added a cozy touch, and my friend who used the pullout couch had nothing but praise for it. We parked in the underground garage and didn’t touch the car once. Ottawa’s public transit is that efficient. Buses and streetcars made getting around a breeze. Underground parking is an extra expense though. $22 per day if I recall. There was major construction happening just outside our window. Steel girders being driven into the ground from early morning until dinner time. But the soundproofing in our room was phenomenal. We barely noticed it until we stepped outside and realized just how loud it actually was. All in all, a fantastic experience. Would absolutely stay again. Rating: 10/10 (pic is from the room looking south)

The apartment looked a little smaller than the photos. But once inside it didn't feel that way. It had all the amenities you needed plus more. Complimentary tea/coffee, milk. Free Dishwasher pods. The staff were always helpful in providing replacement eg: towels. Location- spot on, very accessible by bus to everywhere sometimes cheaper by Uber depending how many of you were travelling. It was so relaxing home from home, I even used the gym! I would recommend downloading the Sonder App. Gives info about the local neighbourhood especially food shops. Rather than rely on Google. Top rated location, you are only a 5min walk round the corner from the Canadian Museum of Nature. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.
3 Issues Issue 1 -The main doors are very heavy and you do need help to navigate luggage and door. Perhaps having staff on site or nearby would help. But the chat function on the app is how you would ask for help. However, I was with 2 others using a walking aid. Would never have got inside alone, other residents also helped out. Issue 2 - no rail in the shower would be safer. Issue 3 - No officially accessible toilets. I had to go to the 2nd or Ground floor.

Room was clean and comfortable.
Booking, registration and access codes was a pain. Facility charged full price 7 months in advance. After that we received emails requesting more personal details and confirmations etc. Finally got confirmation all was good. Several months prior was told access codes would be sent to us 3 days in advance. Late afternoon the day prior we had not received anything, even though they were given both our names and both emails. After 2 phone calls and still no response, I called again this time demanding they give me the codes on the phone. Against their likings, I finally got this. Dare say I would not venture into this again.

Cozy apartment, very clean, we found everything we needed in the kitchen( plates, cups microwave etc. ) to prepare our meals. On the second floor there is a gym and a game room, a big room with sofas and tables and the laundry room. We had a very pleasant stay, I recommend this accommodation.
When we arrived there wasn't anybody at the reception, we got in the building using our code but then we couldn't accesso our room as we arrived at 15:00. I sent a message to the hotel (i couldn't make international calls) and they answered 3 hours later. There should always be someone available to help the guests. If you need to do your laundry, you have to get the laundry card and the minimum amount you can charge it is 10€ (the explanation you found in the room is not very clear about this). One washing is 3.25 and the dryer 3dollars so you have money left that you can't actually use.

We had a wonderful stay in a top-floor apartment with a huge terrace. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage, and the apartment was very well equipped, exactly as shown in the pictures. On top of that, the building offers great common facilities such as game rooms and laundry, which made the stay even more convenient. The location was excellent — close to the trendy restaurant districts and also within walking distance of the Parliament area for sightseeing. Highly recommended!
On the downside, there was a constant air noise in the master bedroom, and as the apartment is located downtown, there was quite a lot of light and traffic noise at night. Parking is not included and costs an additional 22 CAD per day.

The location is great, right opposite the canadian museum of nature, walking distance to amenities and not far from the airport/bus services. Bank/elgin is one of my favorite parts of the city, and centretown offers a lot of great restaurants/cafes. I really enjoyed making use of the roku tv and the in house gym was a huge bonus; good space. and I really appreciated the provision of extra coffee/soap at no charge!
The room could have been a little bit cleaner, the carpet was dirty and there was some dust/grime. I was unfortunately right next to the elevator which meant I heard a lot of movement, the property do provide ear plugs and white noise machine to assist. The room is small, but this was as advertised.
