It was a great weekend stay!! The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly! They didn't have milk in their market and I was lazy to go to the store to buy some but the guest service person gave us a milk carton from the breakfast bar (that wasn't open). They were pleasant every time we walk past the lobby. Breakfast was great too!! There was plenty of room in the suite too!! I love that they have a mini kitchenette (minus a stove). It was close to the shopping centers too!! Great area! There's a Chili's restaurant next door - like 20 steps!!

Water pressure in the bathroom!! We also weren't able to adjust the temperature in the room.

The room was spacey and comfortable. The breakfast had good choices. The attendant was able to get us a room three hours before check in which was very convenient.

I didn't like that the hot water didn't really work. The water pressure was horrible for the hot water. I took a luke warm shower.

They allowed me to check in early which was so extremely helpful. I had a death in the family so I went down to see my daughter at liberty but I need to get some work done while she was in class. I was so appreciative of that. The hotel is so beautifully decorated for Christmas. The hot chocolate was amazing!

The price for a dog is high, but I do appreciate you taking a dog. I love this hotel so we will definitely be back. So convenient to my daughters dorm.

Clean and quiet.

Was overcharged at check out. Booking.com charged my card and Springhill charged my card. Took a week to get it fixed through both parties.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the location was fantastic. Breakfast was better than anticipated. The spinach quiche was surprisingly tasty.

The hot chocolate was put away a little early, however they did give me a packet and some hot water to make some and the toppings were still out

Nice clean comfortable hotel very close to Liberty. Also right down the street from Cookout so great shakes are very close.

Family and I enjoyed the room. The pool was good. The location was good too.

We really enjoyed staying here. We brought our dog with us, and the staff was very sweet and ready with a little mini bag of goodies for our fur-baby. Everything was clean and comfy. We will definitely use book at this hotel again when needed!

Breakfast was fine except was difficult to get to food. Tere was a HS team there w/ about35 kids or more taking up every seat and not moving when finished Adults w/ them didn't move either. they occupied seats while on phone or reading, etc. Was not a pleasant experience! Room was smaller than I thought it would be. The Marriot TownPlace we last stayed in was 67sq ft larger. Generally a very nice stay. Thank you

Nice hotel, location was good and they take dogs, I travel with a small dog so it worked out good.

I could hear some outside cars noise due to being close to a busy road, but I bring ear plugs... so all was good.
