I loved (not liked)the room and the guest house overall.It was beautiful,clean ,tastefully done.The Choc sweets left on your pillow, clean room everyday,new clean bath mats and towels changed on a daily 😊 The staff were so polite and friendly. We spent six hours in the beautiful pool,my grandchildren and my children loved every second .The breakfast (wow) fit for a king.... variety..... Peaceful calm place,view of the dam,I have never been so impressed by a guest house,the way i am with Hilton Manor. Thank you all,God bless your hearts 💕

Loved the venue and decor. The cake is a really lovely touch! Very comfortable stay!

It would have been appreciated if the guests that stayed on our first night were considerate of ourselves and other guests. They were celebrating a birthday and we went to bed with lots of noise and were unfortunately awoken at 1am. The following morning whilst the same guests were having their breakfast outside, the noise continued. It ruined the tranquility that had clearly been set out for guests to experience.

We loved everything about Hilton Manor Guest House.The best accommodation in a long time.The ambience,the breakfast,the rooms ,the pool.Staff were super amazing 😍 The little touches,like leaving chocs on your pillow,cleaning and changing the bath mats and towels every day.Tying the toilet rolls with fancy string and the towels with a ribbon and bow.We just felt comfortable and at peace.The place is set in a beautiful location,with a good view of the dam.If you want peace and tranquility,this is the place to stay .Don't get me started on the great breakfast....fit for a King!A variety and super delicious 😋😋

We traveled from Eswatini as a family of 9, hoping to spend the school break in a nice place and what we got was more than what we anticipated. The guest house is located in a clean, quiet, and safe place, close to malls and close to the beach. The staff was beyond amazing, and they were very helpful and accommodating as we were traveling with young children. As for the place, it's spacious and clean, and the interior decor is top-notch. I loved the architecture even on the outside, and the welcome cake and daily scrumptious breakfast (with so many options) was a cherry on top.. we truly had an amazing time, and we look forward to another family trip and hopefully stay longer.

They have lunch and menu options as well, which was great. The staff were very helpful. It's a big house that can accommodate plenty of guests. There's plenty of space to sit inside and outside. There's aircons in all the rooms- a must because the humidity and temperatures were and are usually high. It's less than 10 minutes away from Richardsbay's Alkantstrand and harbour area where you can take a boat trip on the bay.

I liked everything of the stay.

The staff were exceptional. The seating areas added to the comfort and ambiance of thd place and offered options to relax further. I also like the view from the dinning area.

The stair cases and the fact that when I arrived I had to park in a different place which was a bit far , but the staff were very helpful.

What an amazing experience. Breakfast was served each morning. Delicious fresh fruits, variety of yogurt and cereal. Then you can also choose your hot breakfast. A la carte menu for dinner and evening. The surprise was the 4 o clock cake and hot beverages free of charge every afternoon. Spectacular view from the patio.

There was nothing I did not like.

This booking was for my daughter and boyfriend delayed on their journey to Sodwana due to an accident. Hosts were wonderful to them and fed them chocolate cake at 2200 to boost their morale. Lovely location and would definitely recommend this to people travelling through Richard's Bay

The guest house is amazing,roooms were clean,house keeping was done daily n fast, Sbonelo made sure we had everything we needed, hes a great host with a smile ..we definetly coming back soon and stay longer

The flowered yellow-red curtins in the blue room takes away the beauty that room.please change them

Well decorated and spacious room with all you can need in your room. Staff friendly, attentive and responded to our concerns. Enjoyed their welcome cakes. Breakfast was well presented, enough and tasty, Did not expect that for a guest house.

The mattresses were not comfortable, need to be changed.
