The staff is so incredible. They all go above and beyond to make sure the stay is great. The room was super cool loved staying in a cave for a few days. 😊. The breakfast was delicious.

The humidity in the room at times was very high, which made the bedding and my clothes feel damp. They do have a pretty sophisticated dehumidifier system in the room, so I’m not sure what they can really do about it. But other than that, it was a great stay.

Perfect location for the sights of Ragusa Ibla. We were given a map at Reception and information about local restaurants which was very helpful.

There was no information in the room about facilities of the hotel. The shower screen allowed water to flood the bathroom floor when the shower was under normal pressure.

The hotel is a nice old home renovated for the purpose. It has few rooms, which are not large but comfortable. The staff is amazing, even more so in the breakfast room. The breakfast was great.

Access by car is difficult. It's great once you are in (no traffic around, you're straight in the old town), but a bit stressful on arrival.

Everyone was very helpful and the location was impeccable. The room was comfortable and very clean, and we were made to feel very welcome. Small details of local sweets on arrival and water upon departure were great.

The stairs are a bit tricky, and we weren’t told about an easier way to get to the room without stairs until I took a tumble. I find it a bit pricey compared to other hotels in the region, but the service was outstanding.

the hotel was beautiful, the room was great and the breakfast was fantastic. the best part was the staff. Eugene and Enrico went above and beyond to help us and make our stay perfect.

it is on a very narrow one way road that is also a steep hill. don’t try to go up. park at the bottom and walk up the short distance. figure out what to do with your car afterwards

Guiseppe on the front desk was extremely helpful with advice on restaurants, places to visit and drinks. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely room and great breakfast. Superb location. Valet service was amazing.

All was perfect. More than we could wish for.

- No private parking - In the room there are some minor flaws in terms of maintenance, nothing too serious, but I would expect pretty much perfection for being a Chateau and Relais - Very very steep stairs for getting into the room, not OK for elder people for example

The property is unique with winding stair cases set in on the rocks . Very charming design and taste through out

An interesting location being world heritage, the reality was a modern presentation of superb rooms and space. The staff were helpful and informative providing good service. The time we spent coincided with the festival of St George worth being there.

Splendid historic building. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We received a free upgrade upon arrival and enjoyed a spacious room with a lovely aspect. Breakfast was delicious with good coffee.
