This is one of the newer hotels in Pasto so the rooms and facilities do not have that dated or overused feel about them. The small details in the room that make your stay that much more enjoyable were all there. The bed was absolutely huge and the living room comfortable. We wished we could have stayed a few more days if only our scheduled allowed and I'm very sure we'll be back again to enjoy more of this hotel.

The kitchen area of the suite was well laid out but perhaps could have used a small microwave.

I found it strange that on booking they list the property having amenities such as a fitness center, sauna and steam room, but in the moment I was surprised when they asked for an additional fee per guest for using them. There I was in my swim trunks with only my room key and and to trek back to my room to get some cash, since the reservation was prepaid with booking and no credit card was taken and on file. That initial time was a bit uncomfortable. A case of false advertising.

The place is inspired in the Galeras Volcano that is the main characteristic of Pasto. that is why is called V1501 because, that is where the volcano is located. The hall conducing to the rooms replicated the volcano inside by fire and stones with red lights. inside has a extensive mural with the representatin of the culture, The Pastusa women, the carnival of white and black, the crab representation of Tumaco is gorgeous. the decoration is fantastic. the food also represent the different regions of the andean cordilheira. Super recommend the encocado that is a soup with coconut and shrimps.

The hotel is very beautiful, especially the larger rooms. The beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms are very spacous. The staff was all very friendly except for one security guard.

Trying to cancel one night, days in advance was a bit of a hassle. There was a very short security guard guarding the staircase. He stopped us from taking the stairs from the 3rd floor restaurant to our 6th floor room. Good job. You secured those stairs lol.

The location definitely. Breakfast spread was good. Spacious reception. fast check-in and check-out. Its the first time I found an electric kettle in a hotel in Colombia.

Well, there was not even one free bottle of water. Thats not good. A hotel of this stature should have two bottles of water for free!

Large room in a modern building. The location was perfect for us.

No written info on restaurant opening times and services,this would have been a great help to non-Spanish speaking travelers. Our laundry was lost / not done for 2 days and when we tracked it down it was still not washed - yet still charged full costs.

The decorations are lovely, very artistically and colorful. The bed and pillows are so exquisite that makes it hard to leave them in the morning. The view of the mountain from my room and the restaurant is majestic!

The hotel with free secured parking is now considered to be one of the best hotels in Pasto, located in a very good and safe area. It is close to very good restaurants such as Sausalito and Peru Inca. The bed was super comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. Though Pasto is cold in the nights, the room was very warm. The room has two very important items: a safe and a kettle. Staff is very kind and helpful. The free continental breakfast met our expectations, but if you are still hungry go to the bakery 20 de Julio - opposite of the hotel - for the local cheese bread.

The coffee/tea cups were far too small; more for espresso. As tap water is not potable, bottles of water should be complimentary in the rooms and provided during breakfast. The duvet was excellent, but the room felt very warm. Fridge was not stocked according to the price list. Elevators should also mark where facilities like lobby, spa, gym can be found on each floor. It would be great if the comments/special requests would have been taken into consideration to avoid unneccessary inconvenience.

the hotel is really beautiful and confortable in a great location but the hotel staff not good. I have to go to my room alone figured out how the TV work and etc. I call because my safety box was locked and they say the handyman is available until next day. I don’t like write bad things but I think if they have butter costumer service that hotel will be wonderful.
