Location Amazing sea view Very clean Staff (top much)friendly.

No confirmation/response on the transfers just hours away...had to contact booking.com to solve the problem. The transfers were made by a private car, that took and hour to pick us. The car was stopped by the police, they had a big argument and the driver had to go inside the police station and left us alone in the car, never explained what really happened. Staff was very friendly, but exagerated some things...breakfast until 10:00, at 9:00 they called the room to warn us that breakfast time was ending...and hour away! We came in late, they woke us up, and we barely slept. Book the transfers to 11:00 and at 10:30 they called letting know that they were waiting for us...and insisting with the time, that was 30 minutes early.

We stayed one night for an early flight. Next time we will stay more nights to explore the island and the long beach. Great location nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel transfer was from and back to the airport is a great service! Desk E15 on the airport was easy to find and they help you with the luggage. The room and bathroom are small but comfortable. The staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Because we left before breakfast they gave us two boxes with a sandwich, egg and fruits. Hulu Male is really worth visiting. We didn't expect such a beautiful beach, many flowers and a beautiful green area. It is not a bikini beach but you can swim, relax and take a long walk. The city has many shops/restaurants and some of them are opened 24 hours. The hotel is very clean and at a good location. If you would choose a hotel 1 street behind the beach it will be very noisy because of all the traffic day and night.

The transfer both from and to the airport was very smooth and well organized! The staff, especially the reception employee Rajesh, was very friendly and helped me in many ways. The wifi is very good. As I left early I was given a good take away breakfast. Also, I was given a free upgrade to an ocean view room. The view over the beach is truly amazing! The bed is comfortable.

The bathroom is very small. There are only very small towels. The air condition blows right in your face the whole night. The price slightly exceeded the amount shown on my prebooked booking.com invoice even though this price already included all taxes etc.

The staffs were amazing, they would really want to make your stay comfortable and smooth. We arrived late 12am coz our flight was delayed 4 hrs, but still they made an arrangement to pick us up from airport smoothly. Great breakfast, although choices are limited, but still they made it flavorful. Great chef, Akash! Also thanks to the airport pickup driver, very helpful and accomodating. We were also upgraded for free with the ocean view and it did changed our experience, made it more memorable.

We loved being picked up and taken back to the airport. We loved the warm welcome and the fact that even though we had to take the early speedboat we could still come to the hotel be welcomed and allowed to have the rooms as soon as they were ready at 12pm. We were given a free upgrade to sea view. Love the glass water bottles in the room. The breakfast was the best we have had in the Maldives plenty of choice and a very good egg station. the staff are very efficient and friendly. We loved the very short walk to a lovely beach restaurant Raveli beach club and restaurant.

Location and friendly staff

When we arrived it was late at night and about five or six different groups had arrived on the same transfer bus to be checked in. We were the only ones with a small child but were made to wait until last to be checked in. It would have been nice if we had been helped to check in straight away.

We stayed there for 2 days because we were traveling. The 2 days were perfect, we had the best experience and the staff was exceptionally friendly and nice, especially blessing who was always very attentive and friendly

Our flight got late for 2 hours and we had to leave our luggage in the hotel and roam around because they didn’t have a room we could stay in for those 2 hours which really upset me, we were supposed to leave at 11:00 so we booked a room until 12:00 and we had nowhere else booked so it was very difficult

The staff and the breakfast was the highlight of the stay. Lovely staff, great service. We were also given a complimentary upgrade to a Seaview room (lovely looking over the water). Very clean room and property. Great location and easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and local shops. Hotel is beach front, easy for swimming.

Nothing we didn’t like. Just note, the rooms a bit small but that’s more down to the building space on the island.

Good location, right at the beach. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Pick up and drop off to the airport went smoothly, only 10-15 min ride. The bed was comfortable, A/C worked fine, bathroom ok, staff very nice and helpful.

Windows don't isolate from the noise. I had to sleep with ear plugs. Only one soap, so I had to move it between shower and sink. No elevator but staff takes the luggage up the stairs.
