Amazing beachfront view directly facing the sunrise. From the door into the water takes about 30 seconds.

While the staff were pleasant, things always took long. We had to ask on 3 different occasions to have our room cleaned before it actually happened. Same thing when we wanted to get out laundry done. The bathroom is a bit unpleasant as water from the shower and sink all goes to the floor instead of into pipes, so be sure to pack sandals!

Amazing place, amazing and very accommodating people. Communication with the hotelier was great. Here you really regenerate your soul.

Small mistakes can always be found, but why look for them in paradise.

Staff ad Owner are very helpful and accommodating. We needed to delay our arrival and needed to extend another day due to availability of the ferry tickets, Wan, the owner tried to explore alternative ways to return. Juara Mutiara Cafe serves delicious food especially its waffles. Beach and restaurants are in waling distance. Location is good and place of stay is value for money.

Not on Juara Mutiara Resort, overall, travelers to Tioman need to prepare for mosquitoes, insects and sand flies. Also, the need to buy bottled water as alternatives not availiable - not very environmental friendly

Beautiful apartment, basically on the beach. The view from the terrace is amazing, of the turquoise sea and the long beach. Close to the port. A large apartment with two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen, each room had air conditioning and a bathroom. Good food in the restaurant downstairs. Good contact with the owners, there was no problem with arranging transport to the other side of the island. I heartily recommend it. it was a great time spent with my family.

Great beach near the hotel with a lot of fishes and sandy bottom, have riff near with a lot of fishes. Many good restaurants in walking distance. Room was simple, but had everything necessary, cleaning and towels or shampoo changing by request. Near the room tables for food that are really convenient. Hotel provides sea tours.

Well the room was not the best I have ever been...but after what to expect at this affordable price in a so amazing location? And anyway if you go on still undeveloped (luckily) naturally amazing islands you not gonna find a 5 star exclusive room.

I stayed in the Twin Chalet, which was right on the beach. The room was kept ready, with the basics provided. It's value for money & the location has been the real win for me.

Overall, I would say it was fine. The food options are limited and since we visited during Ramadan, the service took time. In a way it's understandable.

Location! The view was amazing, and it was near to the few restaurants and shops available. The hotel restaurant was one of the best in town. The staff was also friendly and helpful 👍

The paths to the rooms and surrounding areas were poorly kept. It would be nice if the cable TV offers 1 or 2 English channels.

Good location with several restaurants and a very nice beach. The Staff is very friendly. A supermarket is just next door so you can always buy something. Chalets are basic but have a cool vibe
