Lovely warm welcome :-) Very good breakfast. Great location close to asitzbahn cable car (and transportation of bikes up the mountain also possible). Nice swimming pools with some comfy beds around. Good parking facilities and great bike storage area for our own bikes.

Wifi occasionally dropped out West facing room during heat wave meant it took time for room to cool down at night! From UK / US just to note that whirlpool and sauna area is a naked area, similar to many spas in Austria.

- great place, beautiful view - really pretty architecture - from outside as well as inside, beautiful rooms - beautiful wellness - clean, spacious beds next to the pool - cable car (lift) to the top of the hill for free - 2x a day - very tasty and diverse breakfast

- no doors to the bathroom (it looks pretty but is not very practical) - small problem with dinner - pre-ordered dessert was not available for our kid, the staff was not able to solve it but we received a voucher as compensation from owners after sending our feedback

Besides the obviously stylish, yet cozy appearance I want to mention the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They were always very attentive without being bothersome. Small chats were always very pleasant and friendly. The rooms were in perfect order, comfortable, cozy and modern, and larger than expected. All the facilities were in perfect order. The Spa area is very stylish and inviting, the massage was great. I found the prices fair to the quality offered. And again, I want to stress how great the staff was, from the front desk, waiters, bartenders, to everyone behind the scenes making sure the spa area was always stocked and clean, the cleaning staff, and the kitchen (cooking up amazing food! Thank you!). I look forward to visiting here when time allows it.

It’s THE most amazing hotel. The absolute best. You ski past it on the last magical run into Leogang, which is our new favourite place. Thanks guys.. totally exceptional.

Nothing at all. It was superb throughout.. and we genuinely feel sad to be leaving.

Nice, modern interior, superb location, welcoming personnel, nice restaurant and kid and ski facilities. Very nice breakfast. The SPA is small but OK for the hotel type. Ski room is perfect and bathroom in the room has heater for drying clothes - which we've found nice for a moder type of appartment mostly heated by floor heating. We had an appartment with beautiful view to the slopes and lift. Small but well created playroom for kids is handy for families with small kids (4y + 7y in our case). Walking distance to the lift and kids school area in front of the hotel is superb!

Extrabeds are not as comfortable as the proper ones - could be expected, but ... Menu in restaurant gets more a more difficult to choose from as you stay more nights as its offering is quite limited. The SPA entrance is limitted to 15y+ which you can't find on booking.com hotel description - therefore as we're traveling with kids 7y - the SPA is off the limits. The pool is "heated" but not so much.

The hotel is super close to the lift, the staff were great and the cuisine was superb! They even made a gluten free and dairy free menu for my partner, which we really appreciated.

During the first day of our stay our room was a bit colder than what we’d normally expected, but it eventually got warmer.

Should have a cigar lounge, or a heated outdoor place for cigar smoking. Didn't try to get a drink from the bar at the pool, but looked rather complicated.

Amazing location, interier, food, spa! Best hotel I’ve been in!

Spa and pool are open until 7 pm, which isnt enough if you come back from hike or bike ride a bit later.

Nice and clean apartment close to the cable car. Really good food in the restaurant. We would like to come back when the renovation is over.

The construction at the hotel was disturbing.

Great sauna and spa, nice view, spacious room, nice to have 2 toilets, equipped kitchen to cook
