I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff are amazing, super kind and attentive and I even got a room upgrade with late checkout which was incredible! The gym is great and food is nice and too and I felt like I was extremely well looked after. I'm very confused on some low review scores here as value for money, attentiveness of staff, location and cleanliness is all 10/10. I would say the staff really make it that extra bit special! Thank you so much and see you next time I'm in Yanbu :)

Staff at reception was excellent. Very positive and warm attitude and always smiling and welcoming. Kitchen staff very friendly and manager was always smiling and cordial. Cleaning staff very supportive

Rooms may need some renovation. Sauna and Steam Room frequently was unavailable and breaks down frequently.

i liked the pswimming pool , the putdoor garden the property facilites where very good and causy

the smell, the rooms were smelly , the AC smells very old like hight humidity smess all the cooridors to reach your room the same , there is some air fresheners in the cooridors but the room where smelly bacause of the AC

Very friendly staff. They go out of their way to make your experience exceptional. They left a fruit basket in my room and were friendly in every interaction. Second time I’ve stayed here and I would go back just because of the staff.

A little far away from city center

location since it is nearby the industrial city rooms are bigger than average rooms in the city staffs are nice and supportive

breakfast (there is area for improvement). Pancakes are not well cooked and there shall be some proper covers for some items since there are some flys in the restaurant. The entrance to the coffeehouse and garden shall be via the restaurant which I didn’t like. This I believe caused many flys and insects to fly around the restaurant. also I didn’t like the carpet. They are dirty and require cleaning.

Been repeating my stays at this hotel multiple times and still holds the charm. Although property is old with furniture, ACs, other fittings since years; but still well maintained. Comfy warm safe feeling with good facilities for family with kids, like pool, garden area with few rides, game courts, etc. Boating very nearby and central location with easy access to both town and RC. Excellent staff with special mention to the super girl 'ANSSAM' at FO who is an absolute customer service delight.

Business lounge needs to be opened post Covid. Parking spaces desperately need shades during summer. Breakfast needs to be improved and lack of towels at the Pool.

The swimming pool was great and the staff was friendly. The room was big and clean. Special shoutout to Mohammed Sohan and Mohamed Islam, they stood out even more.

In general everything was great. The room was humid but this also has to do with the climate.

The hotel is neat and clean. And the staff is very helpful. I don't have any issues or problem during my stay. But the hotel is bit old. But over all it's good. Sure I will visit again if I go to yanbu.

Nice location to spend time with family. Away from stressful work. Staff was very cooperative. I felt Jamal was treating the guest very nicely.& like family member
