I recently stayed in a one-bedroom executive apartment that met all my expectations. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bedroom was spacious and well-appointed, while the bathroom was equally impressive, with a rainfall shower and decent toiletries. One of the things I loved most about this apartment was its location. It was situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet it was just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and ensured that I had a pleasant stay.

I would like to provide some feedback on the breakfast options during my recent two-week stay. Although it was good, there was no variation in the menu, which became monotonous over time.

Great staff. Very welcoming. Very clean and spacious apartments. Well equipped for a long stay. Very quiet and easy location. Strong shower jet. Nice heated (but shallow) pool. Good for children.

1) First apartment we got had a loud machinery noise that would go off every minute (not good for light headed people). But it was replaced immediately. The other apartment was great and quiet. 2) You have 50l of hot water. Lasts less than 10 mins. First time I had to deal with this in an international chain tbh. It’s a pity given everything else is perfect. 3) Tile floors.

Location is perfect . Size of the room fabulous. The kitchen has all needed tools for cooking . I have requested a late check out which was nice of them they agree.

I don’t recommend to book a room with breakfast. The food taste expired and bread section was old . When you eat the bread is like eating a stone. there was a hair in my bed on my first day which means the bed sheet was not changed . The toothbrush was used also. Also the trash was not removed from previous stayer . The the AC technique is old . When you switch off the AC. It takes a while to switch off . Also the service taking long time . at 1:00AM there is no one in the Reciption to help . Even when you call “0” no one picks up. We requested water, it took them 40 minutes to deliver the water .

Location was convenient for us as a family. Room was spacious and the facilities were adequate for the price we paid. Overall we had a very comfortable time there.

The safe in the room did not work when we first arrived. On pointing out, the hotel did send an engineer but he had to order a part which was not immediately available so we could not use the safe during our stay there. Minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful stay.

The apartment was nice and big, had everything you might need for a longer stay. Bathrooms were nice and spacious.

Unfortunately there were a few issues: 1-let’s start with the fact the room said city view, and the family room overlooked the parking and the main bedroom didn’t have a window at all and the other bedroom had a window that looked at AC units. 2- parking was a mess!!! not enough parking and people were parked blocking the the steps and wheelchair ramp. 3- they wouldn’t allow even an hour late check out. 4- the blankets in the room with twin beds were very small and the pillows were too fluffy.

Bedroom closets have almost everything you need, T.V. not in all rooms which is good, - apartmens and rooms are clean^3. - We took 3 bedroom apartment with all kitchen appliances, spacious living room, - Professional people Mr.Abdulrahman alharbi Ms.Bashayer And the rest of the team were polite and professional. - My kids enjoyed the gorgeous swimming pool, the gym and jacuzzi. - Aldanoob super market is next to the Marriott executive apartments. All what you need from a grocery. Location wise alkhobar Beach is 10mins close, almost all outdoor activity is reachable within 20 mins drive.

The staff needs to grow in size only. More hiring plz

I got everything I needed, and the room service was there whenever I asked for it. I will go back to them again because they are the best.

You cannot earn points because your reservation was made through booking, which is unfair. I hope they fix this issue as soon as possible.

Everything was exceptional — the unique interior design, the breathtaking city views, the warm and professional staff, and the overall cozy yet luxurious atmosphere.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Every detail was thoughtfully executed.

- Excellent Staff - Easy and fast check in & out - Hypermarket attached to the hotel - location is near to most activities

- The furniture especially tiles, was not as Marriott standards (5star) - Furniture color mixture is below 5 star standards. - Sound isolation is very poor, i can hear what they say next door (apartments are not sound proofed) - High noisy A/C sound - Breakfast varieties are limited, needs to be better - Parking lot is limited
