Ibis is safe bet. You know what kind of rooms and facilities to expect, Staff is always welcoming, friendly and supportive. Everything works as it should so you don't need to think much. However, this particular Ibis hotel in Krakow exceeded my expectation in every single way. Everything was top notch, rooms and facilities were great, breakfast was above expectations, garage was extra value. Center of the town is 30min walk. Overall great value for money.

Really lovely sleek hotel, very nice lobby and breakfast area/restaurant. The breakfast was really lovely, lots of different foods and drinks and the atmosphere of the breakfast room was super nice. The room itself was great, very spacious and modern, very comfy bed and lovely furnishings and bathroom. Nice view out the window, too. No kettle in the room, but there was a nice communal tea/coffee machine in the lobby (picture attached) which offset this :)

The hotel was a bit of a walk from the city center- about 20 minutes (for me as a quick walker)- this didn't bother me personally, as I like walking (and the quickest route to town takes you past the Botanic Garden of the Jagiellonian University, which is gorgeous)- but this might be something for other visitors to consider if you're not a big walker/want to be more central.

It was not my first Ibis. I quite like them in Ukraine and in Poland. This one is one of the best! I had been to Ibis in France (Nice). It was terrible. The girls at the reception are amazingly friendly and helpful. I asked to keep my pills in the fridge, and they easily organised that. The girl at the restaurant shared with me the charger because I forgot at home, and couldn't use the phone. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxing and welcoming The hotel and particularly the lounge are very stylish and cosy. A lot of people go there in the evening for food and a nice conversation. The room is quiet and very clean. The bed is big and comfortable .I slept all night like baby. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! I will go there again soon!.

It's a bit too far away from the main square .

Spotless room and bathroom, nice walk-in shower and under-floor heating in the bathroom. I loved the water stations in the hallways (you get a carafe in your room) The hotel is 2 tram stops from the Krakow train station, and there's a convenience store nearby.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast. Very basic, offering the cheapest products available, and awful coffee. The space in the lounge was relatively small for the number of guests -at least when I was there, and we all had to queue to the table where food was.

Hotel has a great location. We appreciated the garage, which was cheap and safe. Payment for parking was made with check-in, so we did not to wait for check out the next day. Hotel is near tram stop. We used tram to go to city center and to Tauron Arena. All of the rides were really short. Even though the Hotel halls are long and full of rooms, room was quiet and very clean with very comfortable beds. We loved the filtered water. Breakfast was delicious. There were many people at breakfast, but the staff was working very hard to fill everything. Thank you for nice stay.

I'd appreciate a kettle in the room, but the bar was open late at night and if it was necessary i believe they would be helpful. :-)

Hotel typical of Ibis style, nice rooms, delicious food. The windows were greatly appreciated; no outside noise could be heard, even with the tram passing right below. We appreciated the underground parking offered at a special rate for customers. The center is a 30-minute walk away, passing through a quiet area right next to the Botanical Garden.

There were too few regular chairs in the breakfast area. When the weather is good and the terrace can be used, the situation is probably different, but it was a bit difficult to find a comfortable spot this time.

The name of the hotel suggests that it is located in the city center. That is not really the case, but there is a tram stop in front of the hotel, with excellent connections to all important places in the city (central station, old town, Wavel, Kazimierz,...), reachable within 5-10 mins, so I consider the location as "very good". The hotel is only a few years old and still brand new. It is very clean, the room (and bathroom!) is very spacious and the staff is friendly. The breakfast has a lot of choices as well. I didn't try the hotel restaurant, since I found a very nice Italian restaurant, Pergamin, in a 5 min walk around the corner.

Though the breakfast is very extended, there was no hot chocolate (I don't drink coffee nor tea). Asking about it, a staff member told me I was able to get it, but I would have to pay extra for it... Sorry but I think that's unacceptable. In most hotels, the coffee machine also has the option for hot chocolate, and if not, pouches with cacao powder are provided such that you can make it yourself with hot water or milk... So that's a small point for improvement :)

The breakfasts was serve on time and have a lot varieties for sweetie or salty or vegetarian or protein lovers . In my case the location was perfect because the job location and the train station to know the city center was some meters from the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet zone and include a restaurant so you can use for dinner and lunch if desired

Beautiful design throughout, so clean and beds were very comfy. The rooms are very well sound proofed and air conditioning worked well especially during the latest heatwave. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel for a mini city break and would stay here again.

You had to ask for a hand towel. Each room was only provided with a bath sheet however was easily resolved.

Hotel situated in good area to Main Square, Wawel Castle, Wawel Dragon and Tauron Arena (ca. 30 mins walk). Friendly crew who created home atmosphere. Comfy, silent and modern room with all needs facilities. On every floor are dispenser with hot/cold water so no kettle in room is not a problem. Fast Wi-Fi connection. Delicious breakfast (sweet/salty snacks, fresh fruits/vegetables, coffe, tea etc.). It was absolutley fantastic time in Krakøw and on HackYeah 2024 - thank you! :-) <3
