Excellent and very tasty breakfast. Plenty of choices to choose from, each one as appetizing as the other. The family room was very clean upon arrival. We had to move two beds together coz we had small kids, and the underside of the beds were very dusty. Nobody would expect it to be just as clean as the rest of the place but perhaps dusting once in a while would help.

The taste of service water during breakfast wasn't good at all. We didn't ask why that was, we just didn't have any more. We were 3 adults in the group.

The one-bedroom apartment we booked was surprisingly spacious, ideal for a family. It was well-stocked with everything we needed for a week's stay. Plus, the hotel's location near Ayala Mall was a great perk.

The bathroom and kitchen could use a bit of an update. While it was functional, the outdated fixtures and worn amenities were noticeable. However, it didn't significantly impact our stay.

We were so impressed with this property! It was the best place we stayed at during our whole time in the Philippines. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The location is awesome. It is right across from a major shopping centre and a short taxi/grab ride to some major tourist attractions. The Buffet breakfast is exceptional and the lunch and dinner buffets are just as good and worth the price you pay. The staff go above and beyond. I didn't want to leave. Swimming with the whale sharks in Oslob and feeding the monkeys are a must do while in Cebu. The Ocean Park is also worth a visit.

Breakfast buffet caters for western and local food groups. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location within a short walking distance to the Ayala mall. 24hr 7 eleven and Mc Donald's also located within shorter walking distance. Reception / lobby area quite large, airconditioned and somewhat boutique with a small souvenir shop.

Location, easy access to shopping (2 min walk to Ayala Shopping Centre), banks heart of business center. Bed was amazing as was the breakfast and dinner buffets. Quality of food and service was excellent.

Pool filter system did not seem to work. Not enough loungers/chairs around the pool area. Were in one bedroom apartment and the whole kitchen needed a good cleaning.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious. I love that it’s close to Ayala Malls. I also love the breakfast buffet.

The rooms would probably need a bit of update. During our stay, the air conditioner was leaking so we had to use up a few towels to clean it. Also, would have been great if there was a drying area as we had a few wet clothes from swimming in the pool.

The apartment is close to Ayala mall. Great Location.

I booked 7 rooms. The apartment were not well prepared when we checked in. Some rooms will need to call room services to send the bottle water, shampoo, shower gel. Our rooms were located in different floors and it's not quite convenience to reach other rooms since the elevator need to swift the card to its floor.

The room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm, but it was okay. We just left our luggage at the lobby and proceeded with our itinerary for the day. The room was very spacious, 2-bedrooms, 2 t&b, dining and living area, a laundry room and kitchen with ref, microwave, toaster, stove, etc. Walking distance to the mall - Ayala Center.

We were working out at the gym when the staff in charge asked us to move or "adjust" for his foreign client. There wasn't any space for us to move anymore at the area where we were working out. We felt that it was a rude thing to ask while we were in the middle of our workout. The shower area is also small and shower door is quite off.

Good location near Ayala mall with shops, restaurants and easy transport. Helpful staff, spacious rooms.

Difficulties when I tried to settle my account causing me to miss my ferry (it took a while for them to confirm I’d paid the restaurant directly for my breakfasts)

Breakfast fantastic, everything was easy to get to. Ayala Mall across the road

They disabled my room key exactly at 11am checkout. I couldn't get my last bag out of the room without getting assistance. Frustrating.
