I stayed with my partner and a friend. The living room and bedroom were both very spacious, the shower was good, and the bed in the bedroom was comfortable. We appreciated the toilet being separate from the vanity as it simplifies things a lot! The location meant that the central city was within comfortable walking distance. There were also 3 supermarkets within 1km. Having a good-sized fridge and a kitchen was great! The thermal central heating was very effective, warming the space up quickly the one time we needed it.

The single bed in the lounge was not as comfortable as my friend would have preferred. Some extractor fans would have helped to manage the heat as the space held daytime heat very effectively. The kitchen was not particularly well equipped, having one small saucepan, one medium saucepan, and a frying pan. A large saucepan would have made it easier to cook in the room.

Very clean, tidy space. Great value for money - central location, the unit we were in had 2 beds available, with a couch as well. The unit had a full kitchen, with a family-sized fridge and an oven/stove to use. Will return here if we come by again!

Check-in required going to another site, but considering we have a car this was no issue - it was also only a 5 minute drive away. The Sulphur smell was strong here, but hey, it's Rotorua and it's everywhere

Great Motel! Everything we needed! Thank you for accommodating me and my kids. Truly grateful we were blessed with an excellent place and defs will be booking again very soon.

Just my queen mattress was hard as a rock 🤣 after a long day at the fields supporting the kids a nice soft mattress would've been really nice to sleep in. But was still great overall and did the job lol thank you again though!

100 % recommend The room was spacious with clean and tidy overall 👌. Even the bathroom was really well maintained, very clean. Well equipped with the kitchen utensils. And the on-site staff were excellent. Always checked for clean towels. Loved their gratitude for not rushing us out,we even took one more extra hour as we got late in packing. Excellent service 👏 Highly recommend

There was nothing to not like. Apart from the same old rotorua smell 😅.

The apartment had lots of room Clean and facilities excellent. I will recommend to my family and friends. It was affordable and comfortable for a family of 4.

At first collecting the key from one location proved to be a blessing in disguise. As the accommodation was great 👍

The location was excellent, as it was conveniently situated near our required destinations and was less congested compared to larger motels.

The limited size of the motel resulted in a somewhat cramped parking area, necessitating careful attention while navigating to exit.

Great location, clean tidy room with all the essentials

Bedroom needs airconditioning as it got quite hot during the night,, swimming pool needs a thorough clean and/ or maintenance. Also an iron would be handy, overall though great value for money and would rebook again

The staff are lovely. The facilities are awesome and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to most places we needed and the people in Rotorua generally were so nice. Would definitely recommend to friends n family

I was very happy and satisfied with our room. The only thing i would say is that I didn't realize we needed to go to another motel to check in and grab the key. If I had known beforehand, it would have saved a bit of mucking around

The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place seemed well maintained. It is conveniently located not far from Rotorua town centre in a quiet street.

There were no instructions / guest information in the room. The swimming pool gate was locked.
