everything, the hotel, the staff are very friendly and accomodating, breakfast is awesome, a lot of choices/selection, freshly cooked omelet on request. the rooms are modern designed...

hospitality was a 10/10. From reception, housekeeping to the security guard at the door, they all give you a 5 star experience. Location was great especially with kids. the pool attendant really went out of his way as soon as you arrived he showed up with towels and asked how many you are and tried to make room for you. He also warns children to walk and intervenes when he sees that a game is getting out of hand. the security guard was the sweetest. He helped us immediately with baggae nothing was too much. Hospitality that you expect from a 5 star hotel this guard gave us. Thank you very much

for domestic tourism or people from obroad who are moroccan try to speak Darija with us first. I now feel like I'm in france and like our language doesn't matter. does it exist two french speaking english to each other? two english speaking french to each other?

This hotel exceeded my expectations! It’s brand new and very beautiful! My room was very clean and cozy, the beds are extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the food and cocktails at the restaurant, but the staff was the best part! Badr at the front desk and Selim were so helpful and very friendly. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Tangier :)

The location of the hotel was good as it was only 10 minutes to get to the Medina and most of the attractions. It was a very trendy hotel with lots of fun decor as well as being very modern and upscale. The pool was really lovely and the outdoor bar area as well. The staff were really helpful with helping us book taxis and get to places. It was very clean and the rooms were laid out nicely.

I would have liked to be able to order food and beverages and charge the bill to the room instead of having to pay each time we ordered. It would have been nice if they had some gluten free breakfast options. The alcoholic beverages are quite overpriced and they weren't very good.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Everyone, from the front desk, to the kitchen and restaurant staff, the parking attendants to the cleaning crew were amazing. They always stop to ask us if we need anything, played with our kids, and even made special snacks for our kids. By the 2nd day of our stay, they all knew our kids names and would ask about them when they did not see them with us. Badr (sp?) at the front desk was one of the most helpful front desk worker I have ever seen. He recommended places to eat at, places to see and things to do. Plenty of selection of food at the complimentary breakfast bar. We ate at the restaurant several times and everything we ordered was great and the portions were huge. The food was very tasty. This hotel got lifetime customers in us.

The rooms are small. If you order room service during the evening, be prepared to wait a long time to get your food.

We were looking for a hotel in or close to Tanger, which has parking space for offroad cars. Found this hotel via Booking. Really nice rooms, a pool, very friendly staff and good breakfast. And of course affordable. Even if we stayed only one night, it was a good night.

Parking was in reality very small and we parked behind the hotel an gravel - which is fine for our big "Jeeps". In the night, some bad person stole one of our antennas. If you park in front of the hotel, it's secured by a guard. But he cant always ses behind the hotel.

We booked two chambers and the 4 of us had a great time. first of all the hotel was super clean and comfortable and our stay had been more pleasant thanks to all the staff starting with the receptionists to everyone working in the kitchen and the buffet. our experience was easier thanks to one of the cleaning ladies CHAMA who always helped us even when we didnt ask.One of the receptionist who was working at night the 24th was very nice and he helped us immediately when one of us got a little injury ( she got it before coming back to the hotel). Overall I would recommend Dixil Garden Hotel to everyone.

Everything! the responsiveness and availability of the staff. from the general manager to the doorman professional yet friendly the decoration: whether it’s your first time in Tangier or a long-time lover like me, DIXIL will guide through the hotspots of this mystic city thanks to the giant posters. a master piece that makes DIXIL a strong actor in the promoting Tangier. Good job! Hope everyone will vibrate with the general atmosphere. DIXIL you’re now my ideal base every time I am in Tangier! note: not to mention the cuisine: the typical Moroccan breakfast 🫢 and high quality dishes prepared with love! )

This hotel was beyond our expectations. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The room had all the luxury that one could ask for including a large flat screen tv, coffee and tea facilities, safe, mini fridge and comfortable beds. Nice swimmingpool with a lucious garden, large lobby to sit and relax, a restaurant with great food and drinks and an excellent breakfast. The staff is super friendly, professional and more then helpfull, they speak several languages. It is located near the boulevard in a quiet area, you need to take a taxi or car to move. Tip: ask the front desk for a reliable taxi driver. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
