I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel, and I was absolutely blown away by its beauty. The courtyard was my favorite spot, with its peaceful fountain and lush greenery creating such a serene atmosphere. The rooms were equally impressive, featuring gorgeous Moroccan-style furniture, soft lighting, and breathtaking views. It truly felt like a hidden oasis. Beyond the aesthetics, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The experience at Four Seasons Kasr Albahr was truly exceptional, despite some facilities such as the spa and kids' club being still unavailable during my stay. The kids' club was particularly important to us, however, the exceptional level of attention and service provided by the team above expected. I must commend the exceptional care and attention to detail demonstrated by your team members, especially Ms. Safiya. Her proactive approach in ensuring our needs and preferences were met even before our arrival was truly commendable. I also thank other team members like Fairouz, Ayoub and Concierge, restaurant reception. Upon arrival, we were greeted with unparalleled hospitality. The level of service we received was unlike any other hotel we have visited worldwide. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, especially when it came to our child. There was special welcome surprise in our room, including a cake and treats for our little one, along with a well-equipped setup for our child's needs, truly touched our hearts. From sterilizers to milk warmers, Robe and slippers everything was meticulously arranged, not to mention the cozy bed with a luxurious blanket provided for his comfort. As for the palace itself, it is a grand masterpiece with awe-inspiring architecture and intricate design details that are a feast for the eyes. Every corner exudes artistic brilliance and magnificence. the finishing (marble works) of the huge hotel was very bad. a pity. the staff is friendly but chaotic and un-experienced. dining in italian restaurant was not worth the money.

The facility was quite fresh. There was a feeling that it was put into operation just recently

1. We have made a reservation in SPA. Nobody informed us that the SPA facility is still under construction and the treatment will be done in temporary facility in the main building. The temporary facility was not equipped with basic amenities - no towels, no pillows, no rolls. Temperature inside was cold. And the qualification of the therapist is under big question mark 2. Breakfast choice is weak and limited. Bread was not fresh. 3. Quality of food in room service is also far behind the expectations and Four Seasons Brand standards.
